cannot get an appointment for 4 weeks or get through on the phone but the staff are excellent. It is not their fault they are understaffed and underfunded.

Got appointment to see my child, practicioner didn't have a clue was was the problem, Gp right next door didn't bother to come in to check my child. I need to come back to another Go in a week they said. Terrible treatment.

Waiting on phone for over 25 minutes - abysmal service.

Phone line is diabolical a really bad system your better off going down there taking to the staff that s if the the staff allows you due to covid

Long wait on phone, don't call back when they say they will. Too hard to get an appointment.
