Never have any issue when I come here. Staff is very nice- sometimes there is a wait but that s part of doing anything . Always a good experience.

This place is wonderful! Aahad at the front desk is extremely nice and helpful they make it easy for patients. Daryle the MRI technician is also great. Excellent all around!!
The place looks abandoned from the outside. I would never advise anyone to go here. Carpets were stained, some doors needed replacing, and the water fountain was filthy. I m no germaphobe, but this was the nastiest place I ve ever been. It s no longer Rose radiology... whoever bought it out never cared about updating one thing. Went for an open MRI and the tech was wonderful. This was my first and last visit here. My claustrophobia kept me from completing the procedure.
Went in today to schedule an MRI for my neck. They updated my info, took my Drs order and did it today. Everyone was professional, helpful and made the experience a breeze,just like they did in November of 2014. They even helped me afterwards with my leg/ankle brace.
Adriana from the front desk went and extra mile to make me feel well looked after. She was friendly, professional, helpful and polite. The manager and radiographers were polite and helpful as well. MRIs are not the nicest tests, but I was assured during the test and everyone did their best to make sure the scans were clear.
I want to start out by saying I am EXTREMELY claustrophobic and I m also a hypochondriac but Lana and Gina helped me calm down and made me feel so safe and welcomed that my entire MRI process was a much more enjoyable experience than I would have thought. These two women are amazing and did an excellent job. I can t thank them enough for being so patient with me and talking me through everything to calm my nerves.
I went to Rose Radiology on Kennedy to have an X-ray of my lumbar spine completed. It was my first time there. The place was clean and well organized. The staff behind the front desk was very cordial, friendly, and helpful. I didn't want very long for my appointment, maybe 10 minutes. I was greeted by someone who led me to the examination room. The woman doing the exam was very funny, yet professional. She made me feel comfortable. The exam was over in a few minutes. I went back to the front desk and within 15 minutes, I had a compact disk of my X-ray images and I was out the door. A very pleasant experience. I would recommend Rose Radiology on Kennedy to my friends and colleagues.
Christi Barbara and Lily ALL very helpful KIND and organized. I had a terrible day before arriving and left feeling so grateful for a comfortable and "painless" experience. Office was clean, a bit dated but pretty is not important when it comes to healthcare.. Attention to detail and caring staff make a great combination .. Highly recommend!!
Had 2 sit down Open MRIs today. It was not as scary as anticipated. Gina the MRI tech was so kind and compassionate. She explaind everything so well and made the procedure timely and efficient. So thankful that I got her.
