Great place to purchase insurance very good staff always looking out for there customers

Laurie Kuhne and Don Chrysler have enormously helpful and informative. They patiently explained options, pros and cons of the different directions we could take our business and personal insurance in, and truly had our best interests in mind.

I called them over a week ago to get a quote for insurance, then followed up with a second call, then an email four days ago.

I haven t received a reply. It appears this organization either doesn t value customer service, or just doesn t care about it.

Based on this fact, I will take my business elsewhere.

Had this insurance for years and during this time in a virus they drop my insurance because I was late with my renewal. No phone call to asked about why my payment was late.
