They say and talk high end but my expireince is if you do not show a lot of money the just want to get out of you, I have a back wheel alligment and end up with a crooked rimm that I have to fix myself, they did not know how to fix it or they did not want to, because it was a Huffy bike.
My advice, if it is a low budget bike stire clear of this place.
love this shop...extremely knowledgeable. case in point, they carry cannondale! if you go, see mickey he will take good care of you. also, the shop has a good sunday morning mt bike ride.
The staff are really concerned about your specific needs... Personal service is a most welcome experience... John and Scott as well as others really take their time, made me feel that buying a bike and having it serviced there a pleasure.... Definitely worth a stop by if in the market for a new ride, or service.... One thing that I would like to get involved with is their after hours rides and events...
I could not have asked for a better experience. The salesman Scott asked what I was looking for, educated me and took me to a couple bikes within my price range. This guy knew everything. About every bike. No lie. Prices are comparable to other good bike stores. Highly recommend.
Rose City Cycle is worth getting to know. If you've ever gone into a bike shop and been snubbed because you don't look like their idea of a person "worthy" of one of "their bikes, you'll enjoy the friendly attitude of these guys. You don't need to be a willowy athlete; you just have to want to ride a bike. Their service is excellent; their willingness to explain what is what and why is always present and I feel appreciated when I do business with them. They treat my Wal-Mart Iron Horse mountain bike with the same respect as they do my Specialized hybrid bike. Rose City also has a large selection or accessories and parts in stock as well. They are the real deal. I highly recommend them to you.

Great shop. I've purchased 4 bikes at Rose City. Friendly, knowledgable, and never try to up-sell. They know their products well and stand by them 100%. Always willing to help with manufacturer warranty situations. Sure you can order parts online, but if you want to know what products are the best for you and your riding style, talk to the pros...chances are they've ridden them and can get them just as fast as any mail order house, and no shipping charges.
And don't forget to ask about shop rides too; road, mountain, and rail trail for all abilities.
I have had great service done on my bicycles when I brought them to Rose City. The service was wonderful and the staff friendly.
