This morning successfully bought a new pair of glasses at a super offer .... and when I got home someone (Woman) was also very happy with such beautiful blue colored glasses from Ray Ban.

Great fine optician. Everything is right. We have already seen a number of times that the first frame that was put forward by the employees has also become our final choice. In addition, a lot of attention for the optical part. All time is taken for the very extensive eye measurements. And if it does not look completely comfortable for a while, everything is pulled out of the closet in a very pleasant atmosphere to make you leave the house satisfied, even if new glasses have to be used. Martin and colleagues: compliments! I like to come again.
Roosdorp offers a very extensive collection of glasses, has a high expertise in the field of eye measurements, and the service is top-notch. The employees take the time to look at nice frames with me, while I enjoy a cup of coffee. I also find it valuable that they remember who you are if you have been there more often. Real eye catcher... Great store for your glasses or lenses. The best optician I know with a great service and after care. But the best to say the employees are very polite and giving you a great help with chosing your glasses.
Roosdorp was the best! I broke my Roosdorp frames - rolled over them in bed: not recommended:) and my US opticians were unable to repair. From the moment I contacted Roosdorp, they responded, found my exact frames ( only 2 left) and arranged to ship them to me so I could install the good lenses cut to size for the original frames.
They kept me posted with customs delays- not their fault and I trusted them. They followed through, kept me posted and I rather miss the nice letter exchanges, like missing the perfect pen pal.
I unequivocally recommend them- an upstanding group indeed!!
After a year full of fun wearing my new glasses (eyezen glasses, I really liked it! Were worth the money) my friend unfortunately sat down on my glasses so that the legs were completely bent. They dared to get it right for free, and with success! They even tipped off beforehand if I had taken a picture of it for insurance in the unfavorable case that the legs were allowed to break when bending back. When I indicated that my protective sleeve had unfortunately also broken, this was also arranged free of charge for me. After a year, it shouldn't break down, they indicated. In short, I returned home completely relieved and happy. Then you are glad that you bought glasses with very good and customer-friendly service.
Prachtige monturen, advies zodat je niet met een saaie bril thuis komt maar iets meer met lef, goede kwaliteit glazen, en zeer prettige persoonlijke en gezellige adviseurs. Een aanrader, zeker met de aanbieding die ik had dat bij de tweede bril gratis glazen geleverd werden. En heerlijke koffie. De bril was na een week al klaar!

The employees are friendly and take their time to find the right frame for you. My favorite brand is Theo. The events that Roosdorp organizes are fantastic, but this is not possible due to corona. Samira has selected a few beautiful frames for me and after much deliberation, it has become a beautiful Theo glasses again. With the second pair of glasses for free, I also had super sports glasses. I left the store satisfied and I get a lot of compliments from people on the street.
Saturday afternoon, October 10, 2020, choosing a new pair of glasses at Roosdorp Opticiens in Zwolle. Style consultant Samira took almost 2 hours to show me models and color shades, always focusing on what suits me and what suits me. Last year I would have liked to buy a different pair of glasses after 5 years, but the Corona made it happen this year. Yet my lenses were still scratch-free and clear. I did have to clean them often.
In those 6 years, the quality of spectacle lenses has improved. They give a wider and sharper view on the sides and are also thinner than the old ones.
Recently I visited the ophthalmologist and he noticed that the eye test was done perfectly.
I am completely happy with my new glasses.
