A little disappointed with the tea house. Took ages to get a meal. I think if you book to have the high tea it may be different. I will have to book and try thd high tea which I think is their speciality.
Always a beautiful experience visiting the Room with Roses. The staff are ALWAYS friendly and the food is glorious. The surrounds are exquisite. The manager, Vicki, is so helpful. This visit wasn't our first and it won't be our last.
Service was excellent but we were a little bit disappointed by the food. The salmon cake was too salty and the vegetarian crepe lack flavour and there was way too much mushrooms. The hot chocolate was good though.
What has happened to this place??? This is meant to be a tradition Tea Room. Been here before over the years. They have certainly dropped their standards. Not their expensive prices. During this Covid they are expected to have the standard Government QR Code for people to check in, they do not. I went in for a traditional Devonshire Tea.
They didn't have. The staff were way too relaxed and complacent with service. The Scones were ordered were not only insulting, by the far the smallest and the worst l've ever paid $30 + dollars for.
It was disgraceful in flavour. You've lost me. The Hyatt opened in the mall are advertising a high tea.
I have had many occasions to visit this great venue from a treat and day out with my wife to meeting a few business colleagues. It has been on every single occasion a great experience. Customer service has always been excellent and the staff are always friendly. Highly recommend this venue for a pleasant day out, business meeting or as a venue to run a workshop.
A great place to catch up with friends. The ambience is awesome and the foods were superb. Staffs were polite and courteous except for the receptionist who hesistantly gave us the table we like to be seated on. But overall, this is highly recommended resto if you happen to go around Brisbane Centeal.

Known for high tea. Many I people around me appear to be enjoying their high tea experience. I had Eggs Benedict with bacon and gluten free bread. Overall it was very nice. The portions are small for the price but cooked well. I will be back for high tea one day.
Superb quality in food made fresh on the day.
Fast & polite service. Cost is reasonable for the high quality provided.
I'm now hooked as a regular.

We bought 3 choc fondue serves between 1 adult and 3 girls ( treat for school holidays)
Cost was close to $200 with extra drinks and seriously we went and got something to eat elsewhere when we left.
