The roof on our 53,000 sq. ft. building was approximately 18 years old and in need of replacement. During the summer of 2015, it was decided to move forward with the project and upon receiving several bids, found ourselves with a tough decision to make as we had several options to choose from. Both John and Erik did an excellent job communicating to us the details of each option, and actually spent quite a bit of time putting together a very informative bid package. They also arranged a meeting with the roof material manufacturer at our office which we found to be very beneficial. Long story short, I feel that we made the right decision in awarding the bid to Roofing Solutions as they did an excellent job handling the entire project from start to finish.

These people WILL NOT STOP CALLING ME. Saying they are doing free roof inspections on my street this week. Ive been getting calls from them for close to THREE weeks now! Ive blocked multiple numbers AND THEY STILL KEEP CALLING! Really not happy. If you call and i tell you nicely that i am not interested in what you are offering then PLEASE DO NOT CALL ME AGAIN! Seriously have gotten called multiple times a day by this company. If i could give 0 stars i would have.

Roofing Solutions installed a complete new membrane roofing systems on our 95,000 square foot facility in 2000. This roofing system performed admirably, with little to no issues for 15 years. The few problems that we did encounter over the years were promptly addressed and the repairs completed in an exceptionally short amount of time. After an severe thunder storm with winds sustained at 50 50mph and gust of 64 mph, that occurred in late November 2013, roofing solutions responded to repair the blown off southwest corner of our facility s roof. Over 10,000 square feet of roofing had been literally peeled back by the incredibly high winds from this storm. Roofing Solutions responded to our service request and all repairs where completed in 24 hours. Even more incredible was the invoice for the repairs, which was exceptionally fair and reasonable. Just recently (mid-February 2016), the Chicago metro area endured yet another weekend of 60 mph winds, which once again tore off another section of our facilities roofing system, and once again Roofing Solutions responded to our service request in less than 2 hours. What can you say about a company that has demonstrated sustained superior performance for over 16 years! I sincerely believe that if you are an industrial or commercial facility manager, and you neglect to obtain a proposal from Roofing Solutions you are remiss in obtaining the best roofing contractor in the area and you are simply cheating yourself.

Smart, reliable and reputable! John and his team completed a re-roofing project on my Palatine 12,500 sq ft. building (bright white roof in middle of pic) in May of 2016. It has been almost 1 year since the project was finished. Roofing Solutions presented me with many re-roof and new roof options for my building and had the most competitive price. Once the job was contracted they had their people on site everyday (weather permitting) until the job was done. Since completion they have been very responsive to any question and have even been onsite to inspect free of charge. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a commercial roofing specialist.

Roofing Solutions LLC has successfully completed 2 large projects for me (100,000 sq. ft. warehouse and a 2 story office building). Both buildings provided some unusual challenges, but John and Erik's attention to detail and professional management solved the problems and
finished the work to my complete satisfaction. As a result, Roofing Solutions LLC does annual
inspections and routine maintenance on both buildings.

This past fall, we contracted Roofing Solutions to re-roof our building. We had three different roofs that all required a complete tear-off and replacement. After completing the bidding process, Casey from Roofing Solutions, took the extra step to bring in samples and explain their roofing process. He also showed us pictures of our roof in its current state and explained why the solution he recommended was the best solution for our roofing needs. Without even asking,
Roofing Solutions supplied a list of references and encouraged us to check them. Now we want to be added to that list of references.

Every day, we received an email with pictures and an update of the progress they were making on the replacement. They also coordinated with our heating and air contractor that was working on our rooftop units.
They started and finished the job in the amount of time they said and did a fantastic job. Casey, periodically stopped in to check the status of his team and to check in with us. We feel that the quality and work done on
our roof far exceeded our expectation and at a great price too! We were very pleased with the outcome!

We can t say enough good things about Roofing Solutions, LLC. Casey and his team did an amazing job! They took great care of us and now we have a beautiful new roof to show for it. We strongly recommend Roofing Solutions, LLC for all your commercial roofing needs. In our opinion, they truly are the best you can get in their industry.

Saw a Large Rat in front of this place the other day.

We hired the Roofing Solutions LLC in the fall of 2013 to finish a repair of our building's roof, that another roofing company had started and decided to drop out...
They inspected the roof, repaired everything that needed repair, took before and after pictures showing the work that was done.

They came back this spring and did a very thorough maintenance inspection, and again they took pictures of all the work they did.
I dealt with Eric who's has been very courteous and accommodating!
We will continue using them for all our roofing needs.
