Roofer RX replaced our gutters/downspouts and did a great job. They matched the color perfectly, was on time and professional. When they left you didn't even know they had been there, except for the new gutters and downspouts. Definitely recommend and will use them again

Jimmy Davis has been a great neighbor (helped capture a horse or two when they got out of the field) and when we need our roof done, his company was the only place we thought of. Fast, efficient and high quality. Appreciate the good work Jimmy.

No one looks forward to replacing their roof, but the Roofer Rx guys made it as close to painless as possible. We used them for several significant jobs on an historic property in Downtown Franklin.

Initially, they were brought on to assess and repair storm damage to the main house on the property, but we were so pleased with quality of their work and how quickly and efficiently they got it done, that they were hired to perform a total roof replacement, including repairing a flat roof on the main house, which had been leaking significantly.

We then contracted them for a complete overhaul of the roof on the outbuilding on the property, which was leaking profusely and required some structural renovation, as well as installation of an entirely new rubber membrane flat roof.

They completed their work last year, and it only occurred to me yesterday, during heavy winds and a torrential downpour, that I haven't noticed a single problem with the roof on either building. Sometimes the best indicator of a job well done is that you forget about the problems you had before you called the people who fixed them.

Their communication was excellent, the quality of work is as good as I've ever seen, and they stayed on-time and on-budget on every project.

We've recommended Jimmy and his crew to a number of people, (including family) and will continue to.

Jimmy and the folks at Roofer Rx were great to work with. For a better price than their competitors, I received prompt, quality service in a tumultuous time (this was right after the tornadoes hit Nashville, and right when Covid broke out).

I will also add that Jimmy was very knowledgeable, honest, and didn't try to upsell me. I was coming out of my own pocket for the roof replacement, and he respected that.

Would happily use Roofer RX again for any roofing needs.

I had a positive experience with Roof Rx. When I first had my roof leak, I contacted three different roofers to come give me an estimate. Roof Rx actually showed me pictures of the damage and explained what I needed. This helped me trust they were telling me the truth - the other companies just told me what was wrong. Jimmy kept me in the loop on project status and they finished my roof repair in two days. I replaced probably 1/4 of my roof.
