For drivers, there is parking at this facility. If not out front, there is some out back and to the north.

Great people to work with. Very attentive and friendly.

Very knowledgeable on what processes were best for my needs.

I m a driver for agco fleet Truck 207, i don t know what changes have been made in the past few years but the guys in shipping receiving really get to it when it comes to unloading and loading trucks.. I pulled up 11:45 with a full load of empty racks that needed to come of and also picking up a load it is now 12:22 if this isn t fast service I don t know what is thanks a lot shipping receiving department for staying on top of thing!!!

Friendly and fast to unload, was done in 20 mins. Can't get any better for a driver. Thanks Romeo rim!

A company without ethics.
They made and sold a product with a 20 year warranty. Quickly realized product was less than adequate and stopped production after only a few years.
Now they claim that division is closed and will do nothing about warranties.
The product has been on my house for less than 5 years and it has completely failed.
My cost to remove and replace is going to be outrageous.

The shipping department lady was rude. When she speaks you don't quite understand what she saying but then she reiterates it loud and clear like you're an idiot. Someone needs anger management class. And to learn to not take their frustrations out on the people that are helping their business.

I like working here. A lot of changes for the better. Production is also better because they always update there machines with the newest technology and have thriving leader's that make a impact.

Peggy at RR provide first class customer service. A wonderful group of people to work with. They believe in customer satisfaction being the number one priority. I highly recommend their service to anyone or any business.
