I would advise any business seeking IT/IS services to seek it elsewhere. There are many IT solutions and companies out there which are equipped to offer first rate support. RCC has champagne ambitions but can only offer beer budget services. I may be a little jaded, as I am former contractor, and the owner never paid me for the last week worked. However, it seemed that while I was there, that the business customers never really got the attention they required. Due to either frequent employee turnover or the that the larger accounts received higher priority over the smaller ones. I will say that, for the home or SOHO users, the bench support was decent. To all businesses Caveat Emptor

I've brought my computer to Romeo Computer Company a number of times and the staff was always very helpful. The tech's have always fixed my computer problems and explained how to avoid them happening again. They are also conveniently close to my home.

Romeo Computer Company did a small web job for us a few years back. They built a website for my company that was very easy to access and edit. I'm not computer savvy and I find changing the content to be really simple and effective. We will probably begin eMarketing services with RCC in the upcoming months.

The worst company we ever used, If u have thousands of dollars to throw away then have Romeo computer do your business marketing. they promise you results they cant give you, We are a small company that cant afford to be taken advantage of, SHAME ON ROMEO COMPUTER AND THEIR STAFF.

The people working here really do care about doing things right and making sure the customer is happy. Hard to believe one company can be so good at both IT and Web Development, but they are. The 24/7 emergency monitoring puts them over the top for IT.

I picked up equipment for my mothers friend they were very helpful friendly covid safe and respectful towards my mothers friend privacy as into her payment outstanding!!!
