I only have good things to say about my experience. I don t have very good credit so I went in thinking this was a shot in the dark,. My salesman, Dylan Davis, went above and beyond to work things out so I could get a vehicle. I went in with low expectations and left with a brand new car (literally brand new. A 2021 Mitsubishi Mirage with 13 miles on it!). And I left with it the same day I went in! I was surprised and am very grateful. I highly recommend the James Mitsubishi dealership. Ask for Dylan Davis. He s amazing.

The salesman was very pleasant to work with. Due to the heat, the kids (2) we're coming in and out. Both were well behaved but it still took patience on the salesman's part. He definitely made it a pleasant experience.

I went to this dealership to see what they could do for me about trading in my Equinox which I still owed almost $16k on and I have not the best credit. So Dylan O took such good care of everything and I was in and out with a BRAND NEW 2021 Outlander Sport LE. I highly recommend this dealership as well as who worked hard to get me into my new car!
