I've worked at Romac's Foundry located in Sultan, WA for about a month. From the HR in the front office (Brenda and Sarah), to the Safety Trainer (Shannon), to the higher ups. They are absolutely amazing! They make you feel like you've found not only just another job but a home. And in this time that is important to alot of people. I currently work in the Maintenance Dept. The guys I work with are really a bunch of great guys. However if you're a cry baby and unmotivated to be trained or get get a little dirty this job probably isn't for you. I heard Taco Bell is hiring. But if you're like myself you will definitely find not only a job but a home like I did at Romac.
