Drove up 3 hrs from Ga to look at a 23' Contender. Matt had us out in the water within an hour of getting to the shop. Purchased the boat and was back on the road headed south shortly after lunch. The staff was extremely courteous and made sure the boat/trailer were ready for the trip. They gave us some tie downs, greased the hubs and even fixed the trailer lights. All in all, over the top service from this crew. Thanks again guys!

Rougue Motion was horrible. I put my boat in to be sold. Matt told me I could leave T bags and type 1 pdfs on the boat to be sold with the boat. Some minor things needed to be replaced and I paid $1800 on everything. Fixed the ladder, wiring on the trailer , cushions , and few small things. When I went to check on the boat . Half the cushions were not snapped or even equipped with snaps, the wiring harness had a bad connection and my marker lights were cut. They stated they take off marker lights?. But they were working! Doesnt make sense. So half the stuff I paid for wasn't right or didnt work. Then my T bags were stolen and the 8 type 1 pfds along with them. They lied and said they thru them away , when they said before they dont throw anything away and store them in bags. So someone there stole my stuff. They said they fixed the trailer lights but they weren't working when I picked them up. I'm sure that their shadyness and poor work ethics have messed up the sale of the boa . But I have the boat and had to fix most of the thinks on the boat. I tried to get them to at least buy the type 1 pdfs but they denied to fix the problem with the service manager that obviously knows nothing about boats. Beware dont let them work on your boats? They are hacks. They dont take pride in their work let alone pride in the business.
In my opinion, the number of boats a dealer sells isn't what makes them great(and they do sell A LOT of boats), it's what happens after the sell. Dru Williams took us for a sea trial on a boat that was exactly what I wanted. The trial went very well and we took the boat home the next day. The day after that, it broke down. The guys came over, picked up the boat and took it back to their shop. A week later and what I know was a lot of money later it was returned to us in top condition with zero cost to us......and a full tank of gas. I've always said that problems will arise and mistakes will be made in business, but the true measure of honesty and integrity are how those issues are resolved. I couldn't be happier with the way Dru and the guys at Rogue Motion took care of us. As long as I live in the Low Country I'll never buy a boat from anyone else. Customers for Life.
This company operates with shady sales tactics and no business ethics. My husband and I were under contract to purchase a boat only to be blindsided by an email from the sales manager stating the owner had a sudden job transfer and decided not to sell. Hours later we discovered a social media post of the boat being delivered to another buyer. I would warn anyone boater from doing business with this company. The moral compass guiding this ship at Rogue Motion is broken.

Website is months out of date at times and their communication is not very good. A few people told me they had similar issues when trying to buy a boat from them.
Steve and the crew at Rogue Motion were professional and first class. Have bought many boats and this was the best experience I've had. Straight forward, honest, and great people. They made sure I was satisfied and the boat was in full working order before I left and went the extra mile to fix a couple small wiring items. I will buy from Steve and Rogue Motion again. Shout out to Caroline and Greg who made sure the process went smoothly and the boat was in top shape when I drove it off!

Worst service experienced anywhere. I hung the engine and then had them put on the prop and controls. Wrong propped the boat so bad it is 12 Knots slower than it should be. I also paid for a sea trial to make sure the prop was correct. When I called after the engine was broken in they told me I was wrong and there was growth on the bottom of the boat. I finally brought the boat back for post break in service. When I put the boat back in the water it ran terribly and shocker still goes 12 Knots slower than it should. I was then told it's still impossible they wrong propped it and maybe I don't know how to use the throttle(not a joke). Scott in "Service" is unbelievably bad and should not work in any service capacity anywhere. NEVER EVER USE ROGUE MOTION!

I had my sea hunt serviced here and they gave me the lowest price compared to other services around. They pinpointed the problem and had it fixed within a week! It's been running great ever since! I referred a friend to have Rogue Motion help him sell his boat and he raved about the experience. When we're ready to upgrade, those will be my guys!

Dropped my boat off for service 2 days ago. I spoke to service manager Scotty, walked through what I expected to be completed during the service. All items were completed as requested. Boat was sea tried to make sure issues were fixed. Communication was exceptional, I was not upsold on services not necessary. Boat was washed with out request. Definitely service I would expect. They support military members as well, which is much appreciated.
I've kept my boat here for a few years and they always do a great job keeping it safe and have it out when I need it. I am selling my boat through them as well, and can't complain - they do a great job.
Rogue motion is a very well staffed facility..Everyone that works there is very knowledgeable in the boating industry as well as very genuine guys ..Other places that I've been to seemed to be sharks out there trying to get as much money as they can from you ..I will be back next time thank you guys..

I ve been trying to get someone to help me sell my 2018 Bayliner since mid-November. I ve had it pulled from storage twice for someone to look at it and never once have they called me. When I call, I m told they are waiting on a trailer and I ll hear from them in a day or so... after approximately 45 days of trying to do business with them, I think it s time I go somewhere else.
Update: it s early February and they still haven t called me. Beyond absurd.

I went to Rogue Motion to sell our current boat quickly so we could take advantage of late winter/early spring specials on a new boat. Matt and company explained the process quickly and thoroughly which eased my mind about using a broker. I delivered the boat to them and the next step for me was to pick up a check less than a month later. They kept in frequent contact with me throughout the process and took care of a few issues required to appease the new owner quickly at a very fair price. I really believe I got a fair price for our boat and didn't have to deal with the hassles of "lookie lou's", test rides, haggling and all the other downsides of attempting to sell privately. I was sent here by a Suzuki dealership after 2 dealerships couldnt fix my problem. I called 2 days ago with a service question everyone was nice said I would receive a call back. I never received a call back after talking to Carolyne and Alex. I waited all day. I called the next morning said I never received a call back she apologized and said she will tell Alex to call me in a few minutes. Waited a few hours no call Carolyne then apologized said its best to communicate by email because the guys so busy on boats they cant talk on the phone but will IMMEDIATELY reply to emails didnt make sense to me but okay so she sent me a email I responded with my question in detail with all specifics needed that was sent to service. I waited all day with no response. I then called another dealership at 450 who stopped what they were doing it took 3 min to ask my question he said let me call Suzuki I'll call you back in 5 min he called me back told me exactly what I needed and how to fix it and then he said just bc you didnt buy from me you have a Suzuki product supporting the brand which pays all of us. If Rogue Motion doesn't care about helping a brand new customer then I and noone else should want to do business with a company who only lies and provides horrible service.

Worst buying experience ever in a major purchase. Customer service is non-existent after the sale except for the service manager who was great. Had communication problems, calls not return etc. Had numerous problems with boat and trailer immediately. I can tell you first hand the notion that the boats there are "pre-certified" (as mine was suppose to be) in any way is not true, at least not with my purchase.

These guys know boats and will help through the task of buying or selling. They have a great mechanic on staff and usually have a large inventory to choose from. Definitely a place you should consider If you going to buy or sell a boat.

Honestly, I was a little reluctant to use a broker to sell a boat that I thought I could sell myself... But Rogue Motion was highly recommended by a close friend and an uncle who had both sold their boats with rogue and had great experiences. So I figured I would give them a try and man am I glad I did! I avoided the headaches of the phone calls, million questions about the vessel, tire kickers, and water tests and still got the money that I expected. Honest and fair operation. I will definitely use Rogue Motion again in the future when selling my old vessle or looking for a nice used boat.
