Very friendly, easy to work with, most outgoing to make sure everything is covered as far as what equipment we might need!

Very dissatisfied with them at the kids fair this weekend they showed absolutely no regard towards the kids safety. As my daughter got stuck in there slide on the second hump to get in and the I had no idea till I watch the kid behind her come down the slide then i heard my daughter yell for me so i went and found here and pulled here over the side to get here out so this here showed me that they have no accountability for there actions and all they care about is money. Then when I asked the girl at the entrance of the slide who was in charge and for a business card I got no answers so I read the back of her shirt and went and asked the guy the same question and I was told oh he is on lunch while I am holding my frightened daughter. This made my little girl so upset that she wouldn't even let the turtle she was looking so forward to doing wound up wasting money to get in and had to take her to the idaho aquarium which costed me more money so long story short I would never recommend this company to any one and I will be telling all the people I know about this and advising any to avoid this company if you care about your child safety.

I have worked with Rocky Mountain Roll in the past and I found them to be very dedicated to their customers and committed to outstanding customer service. They have the best equipment available and work to see that it is clean, maintained, and safe . The folks at Rocky Mountain Roll are always a positive influence in any small or large party setting. We rented a soft serve ice cream machine. Rocky Mountain Roll had great customer service making sure I understood how to use the machine and were available in case of any problems. Would definitely use them again!

Matt and his team were awesome to work with for our wedding. They were creative with their solutions they offered and when the worst case scenario thing happened (missing a crucial part to make the machine work that we rented) they drove over two hours each way to go back and get and made it up to us by staying later which actually worked out even better for us. Can't say enough good things about this company and highly recommend them for your next event.

We were lucky enough to work with Matt and Matt. They arrive early and with great attitudes. We realized during set up that the structure did not have power. Matt found a maintenance number and called it immediately. There was no answer to the number. All of my day-of contacts were sent to voicemail. He ended up calling a personal contact that was able to get a maintenance man to our location very quickly. These Rocky Mountain Roll members went out of their way to assist me and were a great representation of integrity for the company.

I needed a bounce house for a birthday party last minute. They rented me the bounce house for the day as opposed to by the hour or in 4 hour increments. They brought it at 10am and didn t pick it up until 10pm which the kids appreciated!! It was a huge hit. The person on the phone was very professional and helpful. Overall was an awesome experience and good value for the length of time and size of the bounce house. Definitely recommend using them for your birthday party needs.

We had a holiday party for our employees and spouses with a Casino Night theme. We rented Blackjack, Roulette, Craps, and Poker tables from Rocky Mountain Roll. The entire experience was fantastic. The pricing was reasonable, the communication throughout the ordering process and the event itself was great. I received so many compliments on the dealers that we had from our employees, about how professional and fun they were. So much of the fun of gambling stems from how fun the dealers are, so they truly were the reason for our party being so great! The dealers we had were Matt B, Matt S, Wes, Lynette, and Anjel. Would overall highly recommend Rocky Mountain Roll for any of your party needs. We will definitely be using them in the future!

We recently had a Casino Night event during our annual company meeting. Rocky Mountain Roll hit it out of the park!!! They brought the classic games: craps, roulette, blackjack, and poker. Each of the dealers were patient with our large group and made sure everyone had fun. We will be calling on Rocky Mountain Roll for all our future corporate events! Thank you!

Very knowledgeable staff with a wide variety of activities and inflatables to meet ANY party need! Our daughter's wedding was BEAUTIFUL! The best reception with the best music! It went flawlessly!
