I got the opportunity to speak with a woman name Blair, she was very rude and unprofessional and tried to rush me off the phone. After asking if I could speak with someone else because of her rudeness she said no and accused me of changing my story. Horrible experience. I don t understand how she managed to get a position that suppose to help people yet she showed horrible social skills.
On hold for 5 minutes just to get sent to voicemail?! (To which I left one and was never called back.) I didn t know they could even do that. I wouldn t rely on them the next time I need an urgent answer to a medical question. Very disappointed.
On hold for 20+ minutes, still currently waiting. Took OTC allergy medication while I am already prescribed SSRI s and the interaction could be moderate. The hold time is ridiculous.
Instead of always apologizing to all of us start hiring people who want to help and be professional and care.. I can't believe i was on hold for 35 min SMH..
28+ minutes on hold?! When my baby possibly drank rubbing alcohol. AND I STILL HAVEN T gotten an answer. I had my mom call poison control in Ohio because I couldn t get through. Totally unacceptable for emergencies. And totally unacceptable that this is what poison control directs you to.
Called to ask about my daughter who had eaten a compact powder dishwashing tablet. Took 10 mins for someone to answer and then all they said is "Well it's up to you what you wanna do"
Excuse me?? I called you to tell me what to do as it's your job to do so!!! Not only that but they didn't say what to do in terms of helping my child OR what to look out for... Absolute waste of my time and completely unhelpful. The amount of discern they have for callers is what's going to get people hurt or killed due to not letting them know what to do.
This call center is a harm to the public's health.
After 10 minutes on hold, I just ended up hanging up. I feel like one place that should definitely answer their calls is literal poison control. God forbid I was in a more dire situation and needed actual help from these people.

I would like to say thank you for the great customer service from Elizabeth F from Colorado she was able to answer all my questions and concerns she was very detailed about explaining our needs and very understanding she was patient their was no waiting time she had a great personality and just a wonderful attitude and very easy to talk to thank you for your service's
