Fantastic staff! We just completed our appointment with PA Erik Heinzen and he was so caring, patient and gentle with our 9mo. After our appointment our daughter was a little upset and a staff member came in to offer her a little stuffed dog. What a comforting effect it had on her. After my son broke his arm for the first time, he was a bit nervous and scared about what they would do. The care team here spoke directly to HIM about the visit, laughing at his awkward jokes and making him feel comfortable. I could not have been more impressed with the compassion and person centered treatment he received. They made it a very memorable experience for him, they made him feel "special" with his new Iron Man Armor.
We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Jaren Riley and his team. He put my daughter at ease for an extensive spinal surgery. He is the perfect balance of positive caring but also realistic with not just me but with my daughter. 2 years after her spinal fusion therapy she is still feeling great and able to feel confident and participate in her favorite activities. Dr. Brewer and staff are amazing. She really knew how to explain things to my teen son. She could see that basketball was important to him and tried to get him back playing as soon as he was healed. Our visits were quick but thorough. Hopefully we won t have any more fractures, but if we do, we will know where to go.
