I ve been a patient for 11 years, and hope to be for many more. Rocky Mtn MS Clinic has a friendly, professional staff, expert doctors and practitioners. They are constantly improving their in-house infusion center to ensure the comfort of their patients. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

We ve been trying to make an appointment with this office today but they won t see us until we have an official diagnosis for MS. That was the entire reason we were referred to you. Very unhelpful. Look elsewhere. Not impressed.
I cannot speak about the other doctors, but Dr. West was horrible. I made special arrangements to leave work early and arrived on time, with all the paperwork filled out. I was left waiting for almost an hour while, he walked about chatting with the staff at the desk. I got to hear all about where his wife was from, where one of the staff members recently went on vacation and on and on. Additionally, the waiting room was very hot. Considering the specialty of the clinic, you would think they would be sensitive to the temperature. Finally, when they put me in the exam room, Dr. West came in, talking a mile a minute, telling me he had another patient waiting. I could tell he had not read any of the information I had put on the 9 page patient information sheet, because he asked me everything again and never really listened. I won't be going back!
The doctors are great, but the infusion clinic just gets worse and worse. The nurses constantly complain, either about their demanding patients or their lives. Coming in for an infusion interrupts their conversations and they are annoyed. They are easily overwhelmed by the invisible sides of MS- the emotional, the confusion, or being slow.
Basically it s like getting treatment at any other hospital where you are an inconvenience to their day. It used to be that they really treated all of your MS and were understanding and respectful of you as a human being, but that is no longer.
Basically: come here for the doctors, but if you are able, get your infusions elsewhere
