The Rocky Mountain Arts Association is composed of the 140-member Denver Gay Men’s Chorus and the 90-member Denver Women’s Chorus. We produce 5 major concerts each season, reaching thousands of loyal patrons, along with various community outreaches.

The association also engages in various community outreach programs to promote music education and cultural diversity.
The Denver Gay Men’s Chorus was founded in 1982 with a mission to promote harmony among all people through music. Over the years, it has grown into one of the largest gay choruses in the country, with a diverse repertoire that includes classical, pop, Broadway, and folk music. The chorus has performed at numerous venues across Colorado and beyond, including Carnegie Hall in New York City.
The Denver Women’s Chorus was established in 1984 as an all-female ensemble dedicated to promoting women's voices through choral music. It has since become one of the most respected women's choruses in Colorado with a wide-ranging repertoire that includes everything from traditional choral works to contemporary pop songs.
Together these two choruses form the Rocky Mountain Arts Association which is committed to providing high-quality musical performances while promoting social justice and equality for all people regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity.
In addition to producing concerts throughout each season, Rocky Mountain Arts Association also engages in various community outreach programs aimed at promoting music education and cultural diversity.
