My husband has been here for a few years.We love the facility. We have seen so many great changes with the new company. My husband's overall experience here has been great and we have Kimberly Hicklen to help us through this journey she helps me alot.Therapy has got him to the point where he can now get prosthetic legs which was his plan from the beginning. Thank you lord they help me with transportation everyday to see my husband and they assist me as well. It is like a family here for me. Thank you for all you do well, CNA's nurses.We appreciate you. I am the head of our family here which is great because it gives us the opportunity to fellowship with other family members.

My name is Kimberly Hicklen; I am now Activities Director here and love the transformation that I have seen over the last 5 years. The community looks wonderful, as they have become a part of yad health for over 1 year now. We have a cooperate team that truly stand by their employees. I can say that I am proud to e a part of Rockwell Park Rehabilitation and healthcare center.

I was a mess when I got here. The doctors at Presbyterian told me about needing rehab to regain walking skills. I knew nothing about what rehab was. I looked it up and first one i saw was Rockwell. I called and spoke with Kimberly Hicklen who told me about Rockwell. She put me at ease instantly. When I was brought in on July 25 I was not happy to be here and very unruly to say the least. Kimberly was here. She again instantly put me at ease. She has been a blessing every single day since then. The nurses and especially the therapists have helped me get on my feet. But make no mistake Kimberly and Tamya Caldwell have been huge blessings never failing to remember my name and lift my mood. I don't like that i needed this place but I thank God this was here for me. They even allowed my family to throw a surprise birthday party. My spirits rise here with everything the staff does. ESPECIALLY Kimberly God bless her.

Working at Rockwell has been amazing. Every staff member is very passionate about their job and ensures that all residents are being taken care of. Here at Rockwell, we are more than just a team, we are family. We work extremely hard and we play hard as well. YAD truly cares about their staff and goes out the way to put a smile on staff faces. We have a special team (POPS), that comes into the facility and spreads joy. When they arrive, everyone knows that it's time to have some fun. This is by far the absolute best job that I've ever had!!!

YAD and Rockwell Park are the best career experience I have ever had. I feel seen, heard, and valued at this company. I also have had the pleasure of providing the residents what they need in a timely manner. This company views myself and the residents as a person not a number and I appreciate that beyond measure. It feels good to use my clinical expertise to provide care without the pressure of meeting a target. The target is to provide personalized and exceptional care to each individual. I feel supported by upper management and corporate.
