Very slow, extremely polite but very slow. We got there at 1:15 for a 2:00 appointment and didn't get into a door until 4:00.

Husband called and said he just needed trailer wheels and was given a price. When I went to pick them up, they brought out wheels with tires on them and never gave me the option of just buying wheels. Spent $200 on something we didn't need. And now they won't return them.
