Absolutely pathetic company, they offer support OnePlus mobile phones in Pakistan but their support will never reply you. They will always keep you waiting and you end up by stopping follow-ups. Haven t seen such a pathetic support. He asked me to send him warranty card on whatsapp but never got a reply.
