We were recently on a road trip back to the Gold Coast when we ran into some engine troubles on our new vehicle. We arrived unannounced at the dealership to be met by Sophia (I believe that was her name). We were immediately assisted by Jeremy and Sophia, who promptly examined the vehicle and got us back on the road within the hour. We were made to feel nothing was a drama or that we were any inconvenience on a busy Monday morning check in period. We are so thankful for their fantastic customer service and assistance. Great assets to the team

(Terribly sorry if we had the incorrect name for the lady but Jeremy should remember us - Toyota Prado, towing a caravan)

removing a status from a public forum is illegal this is not malice
. Section 18 and 34 of the Australian Consumer Law are the legal provisions that apply to online reviews. They dictate that any conduct that is misleading or deceptive, or that is liable to mislead the public is illegal. Removing or manipulating reviews to falsely inflate consumer perception of your business is a breach of these laws.
(Has gone down hill since Ian weigh has retired) I uphold no reasonability to how other customers take this as this is ones experience .
Lemon Law . Slandering . coverups. dummy rwc . numerous laws broken .failure to comply Now in the hands of courts .ailure to supply all contract details upon handing over - Dismissing mistakes gotten to really know each other in short period of time . hidden mechanical work to approve roadworthy /odometer wrong/ $7grands work on a 10 grand car . when you write out own rwc the customer just doesn't know the true detail . what shambles Ian weigh has retired was once well established I do question it now though as she has more concern to take dollars then give over a reliable car even the legal binding contract details were wrong therefore it dismisses the legitment of being "binding" when u leave evidential markings behind the cookie crumbles eventually . I do however noted the salesman was very pleasurable and was not at fault bar the dealership itself . higher-ups employ people below to deal with the mistakes and the lower ends are the ones that get the grilling all I say is have a eye for detail and always get a second professional to look over things. I am not the 1st and sure won't be the last as the saying goes "never trust the same industry it has become a broken and name run into the ground caught all the flaws quick -they had offered good will gesture parts on a hand shake that in itself didnt all go to plan so we have not touched them and further 2nd look was more then what we bargained for joys of owning a car some good some bad its how they play the hand * Qcat did not settle as both parties agree will have a better opportunity with the courts as they can use all evidential material that QCAT could not . Am not the first customer that has had issues

My car was taken in for an airbag replacement over a month ago and I have been trying to get someone from Toyota Rockhapton to talk to me or even call me back in 5 minutes as they have said they would about my car and what is happening with it. Not only that Toyota Rockhapton get me a rental car that i am really happy about where they have said they will pay everything and i just put a $100 bond on the car which was okay. But now they dont even inform the rental company about what is going on with me still renting the car and now i am being charge rental price. I have been trying to contact Toyota Rockhapton for soooo long and trying to get them to call me back but no one does..... I am really p off about all of this.

I had been on the search looking for a particular vehicle with special requests and were let down by other car dealers until I decided to have a look at Ian Weigh. In the end I purchased my vehicle and upon collection day, I had been given the incorrect information on how to obtain a pay letter and without it I couldn't take possession of my dream car. Tammy from finance assisted to get what they needed and I had people running around to get the job done. Purchasing a car is stressful at the best of times but this time was different as it was a long awaited goal of mine and I am greatful they achieved the nearly impossible that day.

Cannot thank you guys enough. We live in Brisbane and were on our way back from Mackay. Our fuel filter warning light came on we had to get to the nearest Toyota service center asap. The team at Rocky Toyota fitted us in and within a half an hour we were on our way again. Special shout out to Vishal who helped us out and also gave us some great tips if the problem ever happened again. Greatly appreciated. Thank you!!!!
