Good value and great small venue to see bands. For a venue of that size the sound was pretty good. Good beer on hand pump, Strongbow on draft and the normal selection of bottled beer & cider.

Good for music i.e.live bands, but otherwise a pretty basic, old-fashioned style pub.
The beer is over priced .it has three bars one back & 2 in front holds around 100 _150 people not the best bars .
Super old and smelly but great vibe for those who like to witness new music talents. Not my type of thing but I wanted to try as it was recommended by a friend.
Great little music venue showcasing up and coming bands. Reasonably priced drinks, plenty of comfortable seating, and clean, well maintained toilets. There's also a decent kebab/chicken shop just over the road to satisfy your post gig hunger pangs
Good little venue in the heart of Camden with a varied mix of live acts
Old school live venue / pub to catch up with up and coming bands
Not in the habit of leaving reviews, but whilst leaving another one, want to leave a mention for the excellent Fiddler's. My local. Great.
Live rock punk indie music location, apparently coming from the past without changes. On the evening I was there performances were not memorable, but keep on going, don't give up on music !
Fantastic music, fantastic atmosphere, brilliant night
Great little dive bar in North London - Been a few times now to the Mind Over Matter Events - Bet watching bands a few decades ago was a decent experience.
A great little live music venue with landlord on the pumps
Great pub and fantastic live music many nights of the week. Small but full of character!
Awesome venue and amazing staff and friendly locals. Top place to go for good live music.
Pub music venues are rare these days. This place is one of the survivors and needs the support of every music lover.
Jan Doyle Band was playing. It was one of the most thrilling nights out I've had.
Good music and the place is nice but the service is not really good
Used to be a decent live music venue but poor choice of beer on offer. Used to sell John Smiths but like a lot of other pubs in the area have stopped without replacing it with anything similar or affordable. Have to visit reluctantly when good bands are on but have to drink Strongbow and often get it in a John Smiths glass!
Was there for an event which was amazing but slightly let down by the less than friendly/ accommodating bar staff
Love this place..great for live music.
Friendly bar staff & drinks very reasonably priced for London.
The Fiddler's Elbow is an old established venue pub. It has a rather worn feel and seems a bit past it's prime. Nevertheless it is authentic. There is a small sit down bar area adjacent to the stage/venue bar area. The venue part has seating along the wall and a good sized stage and spectator area.
The night I visited the Bands playing were of a good standard and very eclectic : something for everyone!
There were a couple of cask beers, and an OK range of craft beers as well as your standard lager fair.
Parking is not great, mostly permit zone.
I'd recommend this place as a good way to see live music at a low price but it certainly could do with a little freshening up.
Traditional bar & music venue in North London, small range of bottled beers, draught lager & cider. Great acoustics & friendly staff
Small venue, but worth the visit as the gig was more intimate with the band.
Travelled from Brighton and it was well worth it.
Great sounds, bar staff very polite. Good price for booze.
Legendary Venue. Great Sound. Friendly staff. A great mix of music types over different nights. Smoming area also inside.
Great place for live music, great acoustics and a very cosy place
Nothing special, they only have standard beers, the sound of the live music is not great
Great Northern Soul night, great tunes and cool crowd with a mix of regulars and people passing through like myself.
Crawdaddy soul night is probably the the best time you can have, with your brogues on!
excellent place to watch bands and catch up with friends
Decent place but god why not accept cards at entrance
70's style pub with warm atmosphere and good live music every night!
A nice pub of the working class with live sport. Typically English.
My friends band played here and they messed everything up, they told them the wrong time and then the guy who was supposed to play before then didn't even bring his own guitar... the staff were inhospitable and the bar wasn't even open when they arrived to set up, at the time that they were told! Would never go back!
Oops Sorry zFiddlers I was talking about the Dublin Castle. The Fiddlers is the bollox.
Great sound, good beer and not a rip off. Friendly crew.
Really nice small venue just over the border from the tourist lousy Camden. So cheap drink prices, friendly staff and a good sound system with an engineer who knows how to drive it. Just outside the CPZ as well if you are driving.
Bar concert with canap and what a good evening. Heterogeneous but quality programming.
Dirty bar, dirty toilets and bad beer. But one of few places left hosting live music events nearly every night. It would be a shame to see this place go. It is vital that we keep bars like this alive - nestled in a great location and rarely empty!
Another fabulous Crawdaddy! Club night.
All here supporting the music, creating a wholesome vibe.
Excellent venue, supper friendly bar staff, and tones of room to move around! Only thing missing is a good beer garden, but the live music more then makes up for that! Defo check out this bar, it's a little bit out of the way, but well worth it!
Iconic local venue with a fantastic program of events.
Friendly place. The Coast to Coast ska DJ night is always great. Pity it may not be happening so often soon.
Lovely local music joint. Rough sound, of course, but very much no frills and no probs.
The DON a privilege to play there BIG TIME CHARLIES. Back 7th MAY
