Chris Schiffner, Principal at ROC IT Services post following the death of Charlie Kirk is deeply disturbing. Not only is it lacking empathy for another human being, but the use of profanity to get your point across tells you everything you need to know about this mans and the business he runs. He’s toxic. Avoid ROC IT Services at all costs. There is no reason for hate in this world. And… the mere fact that Chris is applauding violence, an assignation on an individual, a husband, a father of two young children, a family man, a respected, intelligent individual that just wanted to talk, to engage others and hear other points of view, is reprehensible. Chris should be ashamed of himself. His actions, words, and rhetoric are appalling. He either has half a brain or is so myopic in his viewpoint that he can’t understand the profound consequences of violence to solve problems, instead of rational dialogue.

I am deeply disturbed by the behavior of Chris Schiffner, the principal of Roc IT Services. His recent comments celebrating the tragic political assassination of Charlie Kirk are not only unprofessional, but also completely reprehensible. To publicly say that someone "deserved" such an act of violence is an egregious display of poor judgment and a lack of moral compass.

As a business, Roc IT Services should be held to a higher standard, and it's troubling to see that this kind of rhetoric is coming from someone in a leadership role. Regardless of political beliefs, no one should condone or celebrate violence in any form. It's clear to me that this company does not value basic principles of respect and decency.

I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this company to anyone. If this is the mentality that guides their leadership, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
