I was really nervous about bringing my Cadillac to a shop and did a lot of research to find the best place to go. Thankfully, I found it! Scott is an honest and very knowledgeable guy. He saved me a lot of time and a lot of money. I was genuinely impressed with the turn around time and happy to receive an explanation on what needed to be fixed and how it was done. I will definitely bring my Cadillac ATS back to Scott at Roc City Auto Services in the future and highly recommend anyone looking for repairs to give Scott a call!!!

Scott is a true gentleman. My daughter brought her Cadillac in for service. He is honest and trustworthy. And treated her with the utmost respect. I would highly recommend Scott to anyone.

Scott is straightforward, honest , and always explains or shows you exactly what he s repairing. Great with all makes and models, but if you own a Cadillac you would be crazy to take it anywhere else!!! I do not allow anyone but him to service my Escalade. I highly recommend him.

Scott has repaired two major safety/warning systems and touch screen failure on a 2015 Cadillac SRX recently. Very knowledgeable, easy to communicate with, accommodating, and his explanations and promises are accurate and can be trusted. Cost of jobs is fair.
