I have multiple accounts that have been banned for ridiculous reasons. Then when someone who needs to be banned gets reported they don't get banned!!! 1 star review.

Kids can create their accounts without ever being prompted to enter an email address for password recovery. Who designs a membership process for premium content without requiring an email address?

I assumed that my daughter had an email associated with her account when I purchased $10 worth of "Robux" for her via iTunes .
Now she's forgotten her password and support at Roblox won't let us recover, as there's no email that could be used for verification. I sent them my iTunes app purchase history screenshot, but because it doesn't always display the exact date for individual purchases, they refuse a refund or a password reset.

I know we're in the wrong for not linking an email with the account, but my kid is only six and she was never prompted to do so. I made an assumption based on the fact that virtually EVERY online account that I've ever registered since 1995 has required a valid email address, and so I assumed that my girl had already done so.

Its a really good game, but you dont ban oders. Also, sometimes you dont even moderate scams, and sometimes warn people for scamming even though they didnt.

Roblox is an amazing game and has an amazing workplace! I once toured here, and you get a full on tour through all of the rooms! It s a polar opposite to the EA tour I went on, where they barely showed anything. Overall, 10/10 platform and 10/10 tour. The community may be a bit toxic, but they are just children. Otherwise, keep powering imagination Roblox :D

My kids are playing this game constantly, and it has a beautiful campus. My brother-in-law works here :) . My kid also made a YouTube channel playing this game, (called ItsAvery:D) and they enjoy visiting with their uncle when they can (not now because of quarantine :/) When you can, you can look at the campus from afar and it looks great!

I Personally think Its better than Minecraft but not better than Minecraft Cause Roblox isnt offline (when not connected to any internet at all).The Only Thing I would Change is where you can go offline and play roblox without the browser and have a launcher that doesn't need browser support like Minecraft. Also be able to Play your own games offline too.

A phenomenal company, indeed. Though, it gives me quite a laugh when a good 80% of the reviews are either asking for their accounts back, or ask for free robux on a free game. Despite what your kids may have told you about hacking, they were likely responsible by many methods. Such as giving into scams or even unknowingly giving their passwords to clever scammers. As for those who think this is some simple charity service, please reconsider. The ratio of free players to paying players is quite vast. They can't thrive off of giving everyone robux like candy and making everything free. Simple economics, children.

this organization never responds to emails. i've been trying to reach a real person for weeks and nothing... my daughter acct was set up wrong and she cant log back in. this is VERY DISAPPOINTING that no one has reached back out to help with this

Well .. the ROBLOX platform itself, and good ..
masss .. however, most of the "games" within the platform are totally "pay to win" ... masss ... I do not judge the platform for that reason, because, after all, you (owners, or administrators of the platform). )
they cannot "completely" control everything ah on the platform, including the platform games, so I give 5 stars, because the platform itself, and good yes.

Honestly the game has gone hill, its filled with the same games over and over again with the stupid super hero tycoons and obbies, the only unique games are just copies of other big titles like gamemodes from GMOD and call of duty, Battlefield and even csgo and pubg now. Those games are fun but the tycoons and obbies arent, they just use the same free models and scripts that they used for other games they created. BUt the worst part is that even the roblox developers are sponsoring these games and putting them in the front page. There are so many other great games in roblox that deserve so much more credit yet roblox only cares about money and thats exactly why they removed TIX, they removed TIX just for money and nothing else. Now the only way you can get items for you character is to buy a card and spend real life money on it. Roblox has gone downhill to the point where i only go on for a few 30 minutes instead of the hours when i was a kid, it saddens me that roblox supports these games that are just another copy of its self.
