It said I was banned for a certain amount of time for 3 days and its time for me to e unbanned but it still says i'm banned.

I give it 3 stars for two reasons one is that they exaggerate with the tags and another is that there are toxic users

Support locked my son out of his account and refuses to respond with anything but canned robotic responses asking for ridiculous information to verify his identity like the pin from a gift card he had 4 years ago!!!! Horrible. No live calls accepted. Customer service is designed to be sequestered from customer interactions and actually helping customers. AVOID AT ALL COST!

Roblox is a 5 star game no doubt but there service is extremely frustrating because I play on phone and I logged out my account and I forgot my password and then I tried to reset it but I hadn t put in my email so then I put in my phone number. I kept on putting in my number again and again and I wasn t getting and 6 digit code and I spent money on this game and it s my favourite phone game and now I can t play because of this and I ve emailed roblox like 20 times and emailed other support but they tell me to do it again but it turns out 300 people like me have the same issue. If you see this roblox fix it immediately.
