Support locked my son out of his account and refuses to respond with anything but canned robotic responses asking for ridiculous information to verify his identity like the pin from a gift card he had 4 years ago!!!! Horrible. No live calls accepted. Customer service is designed to be sequestered from customer interactions and actually helping customers. AVOID AT ALL COST!
