ROBKES: Italian Restaurant in Northport, NY

If you are looking for the finest Italian cuisine in Northport, Robkes is it. We visited after dining at a more expensive spot, and the service here blew us out of the water. From the start, Matt, the host, made us feel completely at home—he’s incredibly friendly, almost like an old neighbor. We grabbed drinks at the bar while waiting, and the bartender was sharp and quick. True to their word, we were seated promptly after twenty minutes. Our server was attentive and pleasant, and the attention to detail was impressive; when I dropped my steak knife, a bus boy immediately provided a replacement. The food is absolutely phenomenal. My steak was cooked exactly to my liking, and my husband’s go-to pasta dish never fails to impress. We’ve been back many times, and it remains our top choice for celebrations and great meals. It’s a personal touch that sets them apart, especially when Matt even remembered our names as we left. Easily five stars!

Hands down the best wings I’ve ever tasted; the competition just can’t hold a candle to Robkes. My husband is also obsessed with their broccoli rabe.

I finally made it to ROBKES in Northport, and the food is absolutely amazing, just like you see on their social media. The place is a bit cozy and smaller than I anticipated, but the dining experience more than makes up for it. We walked in without a reservation and were lucky enough to get a seat despite being fully packed. Our server, Michele, was wonderful—she was friendly, gave excellent recommendations, and provided top-tier service. Highly recommended!

My boyfriend and I stopped by Robkes in Northport for lunch and had a fantastic experience. The service was top-notch, thanks to our attentive server Dennis, who gave us some excellent suggestions. We shared the artichoke oregatta, served with sautéed spinach, and the spicy shrimp; both dishes were absolutely delicious. For the main course, I had the Osso Buco and he went for the pork chop, and the portions were incredibly generous. Considering the quality of the food, the prices are really reasonable. We can’t wait to return!
