Robinhood Road Baptist Church is a vibrant and welcoming community of believers located in the heart of Winston-Salem, NC. Our mission is to be relevant in the lives of our families, members and community by sharing the love and message of Jesus Christ.
At Robinhood Road Baptist Church, we believe that everyone deserves to experience God's grace and love. We strive to create an environment where people from all walks of life can come together to worship, learn, grow and serve. Whether you are a lifelong Christian or just starting your spiritual journey, you will find a warm welcome at our church.
Our History
Robinhood Road Baptist Church was founded in 1956 with just a handful of members. Over the years, we have grown into a thriving congregation with over 500 active members. Throughout our history, we have remained committed to our core values: faithfulness to God's Word; loving relationships with one another; service to others; and evangelism.
Our Services
We offer two Sunday morning services at 8:30 am and 11:00 am as well as Sunday School classes for all ages at 9:45 am. Our services are designed to be engaging and uplifting experiences that help us connect with God on a deeper level.
In addition to our Sunday services, we also offer mid-week Bible studies on Wednesday evenings as well as various small group opportunities throughout the week. These groups provide opportunities for fellowship, prayer support and spiritual growth.
Our Ministries
At Robinhood Road Baptist Church, we believe that every member has unique gifts and talents that can be used for God's glory. We offer numerous ministries designed to help individuals discover their purpose while serving others.
Some of our ministries include:
- Children's Ministry - providing age-appropriate programs for children from birth through fifth grade.
- Youth Ministry - helping middle schoolers and high schoolers grow in their faith and develop strong relationships with one another.
- Women's Ministry - providing opportunities for women to connect, grow and serve together.
- Men's Ministry - helping men become better husbands, fathers and leaders through Bible study, fellowship and service.
We also have a vibrant music ministry that includes our choir, praise team and orchestra. Our music ministry is an integral part of our worship services and helps us connect with God on a deeper level.
Our Outreach
At Robinhood Road Baptist Church, we believe that we are called to be the hands and feet of Jesus in our community. We are actively involved in numerous outreach programs designed to meet the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of those around us.
Some of our outreach programs include:
- Food Pantry - providing food assistance to families in need.
- Clothing Closet - offering free clothing to those who need it.
- Homeless Ministry - serving meals at local homeless shelters.
