Our first time flying from Doncaster airport and have to say that it was brilliant from the friendly meet & greet guys the ease of check in and flights spot on time, would definitely recommend and use again.

Excellent service and staff. As a wheelchair user its important for my journey to go smoothly and the staff at Doncaster definitely make that happen. They can't do enough for you and certainly made us feel safe and looked after whilst there. Many thanks

Decent little airport to be honest. The facilities aren't too amazing but it's clean and has everything you need.

Easy and quick access from A1. Highway signs pointing to the airport could be a lot better. Free 15 minutes in the parking lot. Parking is easy and simple. Clear signs - easy to get in and out. Many international connections. A small pleasant airport

Decent airport, always seem to queue for food or drink, and parking is shockingly expensive. But clean and easy to navigate.

Disgusting security check - mentaly disabled and blind people at average age of 60. Extreeemly unprofesional and rude.

No sockets in waiting area, couldnt charge my phone neither laptop. Everyone is travelling with electronics nowadays, the lack of it is outrageous for travellers!

From the aesthetic point of view, the airport deterred. It is dirty, chaotic and generally it is not a place where you would like to spend many hours (and so it sometimes happens with flights that you have to wait longer). At least the service is fairly overwhelmed.

This is by far the cheapest, smallest airport I've ever been to. Back in 2011, i flew on a budget aircraft and that was my first and last time. There was no where to eat, full of coucil people, and they make you walk up some stairs to the aircraft!!! And the plane was 3 hours late to take off.

The Airport itself is fine, the problem is the over zealous Parking People. My friend came to pick us up and pulled off the road into a dead end side road to check our arrival time on his phone, he was stationary for 24 seconds and was More

I love this airport. It's close to home, quiet and much more relaxing than any other airport I've visited. The down side if this is I've only used it once because the flights from here are ridiculously more expensive than the likes of Manchester and east Midlands. Please get this sorted Doncaster I would love to travel from here every time.

Great little airport, landed many times after serving aboard in the RAF, and have used it a few times since, no queuing and fantastic staff.

Never had any issues. Clean, small and quiet airport. Friendly staff, they even gave me a plastic bag with a smile, when I forgot it. Outside smoking area available at every time, after check-in.

They don t have any E Passport gates so entering the UK took over an hour to queue for a border agent.
However they get 2 stars because the flight out was no trouble.

Very helpful and friendly staff from first walking into departures to boarding the flight.
I was unwell on arrival at the airport at 5.45am and was greeted by an Ambassador of the airport. After visiting the toilet I was shown to the check in desk and the lady checking me in noticed I didnt look well so got a person from the assistance team with a wheelchair who looked after me. I was already booked for assistance.
On return a week later I was helped by a lovely lady (Jane Hassell) from the assistance team who saw to my every need and took me in a wheelchair right to the door near to where our car was. She is a very friendly and helpful lady and I have met her several times as we always travel from Doncaster Airport. The best in England by far.

Landside to airside in under 5 minutes - can't beat that! All with smiling and helpful staff. It's not Changi but it has all you need, incl free WiFi and tap water. Minus for very few charging points and for starting boarding before inbound passengers disembarked.

European level, but restaurant prices higher than in Dubai

Convenient place to fly from, clean and nice just hope it will fly to more destinations and hopefully expand further. Overall nice airport.

Never took a scheduled flight out of Doncaster Sheffield but the atc is always quick and great. The airport always seems nice and quite due to gap in flights so the experience all round the airport will be quick and quite.

Small airport but has a few of the basics. Few shops, exchange and ATM.

Absolute pleasure flying from this lovely friendly airport. It is our second visit in the last six months and it puts the likes of Stansted, Manchester and Leeds Bradford in the shade. Not busy, and quite fast. Toilet taps are bad they splash you all over, got soaked in water. And internet on phone through your provider is slow I only got 1 bar signal on 4g

Just wanted to have a cold lager before the flight.... you can't find beer in none of the shops, but still, they are selling spirits :/

Super modern , well Layed out , no waiting about to check in unlike some of the larger airports !

Be sure to take a clear bag for liquids otherwise you'll be charged 50p for a bag...unless you travel at "peak times" which is apparently between 4-9pm...according to one of the many rude Securitas employees manning the scanning equipment. Daylight robbery!

Very bad. Ground floor staff seems to be absent most of the time and when you finally get someone's attention it seems that they try to get rid of you as fast as possible by sending you to talk to someone else... and that circle keeps repeating. Our case was that our suitcase was taken by someone else and we ended up with identical one left on carousel belt. i spoke with 4!!!! different airport staff (Swiss port, information desk, customs officer) and no one offered me any reasonable advice... simply unprofessional... i would give zero stars...

Probably the worst staffed airport in the UK. Unfortunately, we need to use it frequently due to convenient routes available. VERY condescending staff, particularly to non British passengers. Unresponsive usually even to the politest of requests. Complete mayhem if two or three flights land around the same time - waits of up to an hour to get through UKBA checks (who incidentally are very efficient and polite given the circumstances - the airport simply doesn't organise things properly). No fast track facilities in or out. Have tried contacting management several times but all correspondence ignored. Junior employees with high-viz jackets and clipboards who display all the signs of enjoying power over the unruly (non)natives. Sadly shows the worst of our country. Could so easily be just good and with a bit of training - even a pleasant experience given the building is well designed. Until then - best avoided.

I remember this airport well. Zero problems "in te and wte". Efficient briefing. Terminal set to TLL. Such English Szymany only slightly neglected.

In my opinion, a small and cozy airport. I really like to land there. It is very easy for every passenger to be there.

Love flying from this airport but returning through immigration can be a nightmare if more than one plane has landed. Standing in the cold and rain is no joke
People with small children and people with walking difficulties being made to wait far too long. The staff should be looking for people with difficulties and let them through, they do at other airports dealing with a lot more passengers. Not all people ask for assistance, doesn't mean a little consideration wouldn't help.

Speedy check-in, took approximately 5 mins altogether to queue, drop off our bags and collect our boarding passes. Security is also quite quick, staff can sometimes be rude. Departures lounge has limited facilities. Boarding is quite a slow process, and lead to our plane being delayed by approx. 15 mins.
On our return flight, the queue at the UK Border was quite long, with only 1 plane load waiting. It took us about 20 minutes to eventually have our passports checked etc, and the majority of that time, we were stood outside in the cold wind. However, because we took so long at immigration, our bags were already waiting to be collected on the carousel. Quick exit from terminal and car park with multiple lanes.

Very poor service after plane landing. 2 - 3 planes arrives one after another, couse a long queue on fresh air (waiting 30 - 45 minutes for border control). Need some improvement in that isue!
