I find it absolutely ridiculous that a facility of this size has only ONE fax machine for them to receive information from their clients. How are their clients suppose get their information/ forms to their case worker except take off of work and miss wages or mail it to them and HOPE that it gets to the right person!!! It amazes me that people can actually get any help!!! It would be so much easier to scan and email the documents to the caseworker and if they needed to verify, then they can set up an appointment. They need to get with the 20th century!!!

This is actually a really good place when i got adopted, they helped me and my little brother & sister. Its a good place if you find the RIGHT people!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would, not good service at all rude people and where does $24 get me at in food stamps this is a bunch a bull of you ask me,but it's okay because ya'll got it coming for ya'll.

The most sorriest mfs I ve seen. Needed help getting my child out of danger and they telling me there s nothing they can do.

The front desk people were very rude, cut you off while asking questions, would not recommend anyone.. Would leave no stars if they had the option

This place is ridiculous!!! I can't get my own case worker on the phone let alone to try and update information. She won't return my calls or answer the phone. I mean what is with these people. They really need to do better with there services.
