Still waiting for a response. They make buying things difficult.

Very Disappointed.

As an eCommerce company supporting employee rewards, loyalty programs, etc., they set expectations that a 5 day response time for email inquiries and 90 days to deliver an ordered generally available off the shelf product does not meet my expectations of a good or successful eCommerce company. Robertson Marketing Group simply has to do better than this.

Do not buy any CISCO E-books from Robertson Marketing Group.

I purchased an CCNP-Switch book from Robertson Marketing Group. The download did not complete successfully. I was notified that I cannot get the PDF format. I can only have this book in ACSM format. I can only open it with "Adobe Digital Edition". I told them I need this document in PDF format and on my Home PC not work PC. I just used my work PC to purchase the product not study it at work. Now, I have ended up with a document in ACSM format and not PDF format on my work PC. I cannot use this document on any other machine because there was problem with the download and I have only and ACSM document. I cannot even download or open this document with my home PC.

They won't refund my money either.

Manager was very personal when interviewing. Later seen him out and heard him tell his family about me and that he sure didn't hire me. Even though after the interview I was Not taking the job. Need better managers for interviewing!!!

Robertson Marketing has been a great at providing merchandise for our company. From their communication to their efficiency, I am very satisfied with their service. Michelle Hamilton is the rep I directly work with and she has been great every time. Thank you all for your hard work and quality products.

Stole $100 from me in fraud. Would NOT recommend. - /10 for these criminals.
