Our Restaurants
The Roberts Restaurant Group consists of several distinct restaurants, each with its own unique style and cuisine:
1. The Blackbird - Located in downtown Chicago's West Loop neighborhood, The Blackbird offers contemporary American cuisine with French influences. Chef Paul Kahan has created a menu that features seasonal ingredients sourced from local farmers and purveyors.
2. Avec - Also located in the West Loop neighborhood of Chicago, Avec is known for its Mediterranean-inspired small plates and communal tables. Chef Perry Hendrix creates dishes that are meant to be shared among friends.
3. Publican Quality Meats - This butcher shop and café is located in Chicago's Fulton Market District. It offers house-made charcuterie, sandwiches made with locally sourced meats, artisanal cheeses, craft beer on tap and wine by the glass or bottle.
4. Big Star - This Wicker Park taqueria serves up authentic Mexican street food along with an extensive selection of tequila-based cocktails.
5. Nico Osteria - Located inside the Thompson Hotel in Chicago's Gold Coast neighborhood Nico Osteria serves Italian seafood dishes inspired by coastal Italy’s rich culinary traditions using fresh ingredients from local farmers markets as well as imported products from Italy itself.
6- Pacific Standard Time (PST) – PST is located at River North area which offers Californian-inspired cuisine featuring wood-fired pizzas cooked over live fire ovens along with other delicious dishes like roasted chicken & grilled fish etcetera
