I don't know why it is so hard to get sent some e-documents to even start working with these people. I send my resume in on jobs that interest me, no response, I call your office to talk to one of your fIve or so recruiters, they are either on the phone with someone else or never there, leaving voicemails and no response for days, then I finally get in for an interview and you don't even give me the documentation after everything is done so I can even be chosen for any positions and I've been told wait 24 hours since thursday, it's tuesday now and still haven't gotten those documents, I can't even rate the communication for this office, it's nonexistent, jeez.

Joseph Franco was responsive, communicative, helpful and honest. He took considerable amount of time to listen to my background and situation. He was honest that he did not have work for me and likely, neither would his colleague, Adam Wood. Nonetheless, Joseph had me make appointment to exchange dialogue with Adam. I did not get any interviews but I did appreciate their valuable time in efforts to assist me in navigating my job search more effectively.

Do not work with this place! They do not care about anyone other than themselves. The recruiters take pictures of the candidates while they interview and the managers discriminate against the candidates based on their appearances. This place is so ethically messed up. I worked here for years and finally quit because I got tired of getting screamed at by my boss.

Received an email to submit my resume for an out of town position. After thinking about it a few days called back and was treated with such rudeness by a Senior Level Recruiter. This company clearly does not think anything about building relationships with the people who keep them employed.

I just recently move from California to Las Vegas....

I just recently move from California to Las Vegas. I immediately went to Robert Half/accountemp and was introduced to a Representative whom shortly left the company. Kindly enough, he personally called me to let me know he was leaving, but not to worry because, he already referred me to another Representative, Melody Willians. She is kind, professional yet, compassionate and was sympathetic to my immediate need of employment. Her dedication overwhelmed my excitement of receiving a job quickly. Melody never gave up and communicated with me always. Where there is no guarantee for employment, Melody kept her word and found me a temporary position, within one week. Its is now up to me to prove myself in my dedication, and hard work.
I am so so grateful for this agency, these people who are dedicated and care about others in helping one start their future.
Thank you Robert Half, Accountemp, more importantly, Melody Willians!

Pursuing legal action against this staffing company.

I used to be close friends with two of the recruiters, and they recruited me to a contract to-hire role. I had another job offer working remote, with a $38k base, and average of $30k annual commission. I trusted my friends about the position, and at their repeated instruction, turned down the other role.

Weeks into the job, I let them know how much I enjoyed the role, and once the commission started it would be a great fit. At that time, Danielle let me know point blank, that contract to hire is A scam tool of the recruiting industry. and that they never keep the employees through temp.

The company claimed that layoffs were due to COVID, which in part is true, but I kept documents that prove this wasn t the filter that dictated who stayed and who went.

The company wasted months of my time, and resources. When confronted about it, both recruiters did an about face, and acted like it s the thing to do to lie to your entire client base for $100-$200 per recruit.

The fact they would do it to people they know personally, just showed me how bad their name is, and how desperate they are for real talent.

Low key, low class, criminals.

i currently work for Robert half in another state im trying to get in touch with an IT recruiter in las Vegas but my attempts have been fruitless. I've called the office multiple times and even emailed recruiters. After all that I still get zero answer. it somewhat frustrating because i like working for robert half

The recruiting process was simple & easy and the recruiters were friendly. When I was placed on an assignment & after a couple of days decided it was not a good fit. I called to let them know & was contacted by a partner who was rude, unprofessional, and very hostile when I decided the assignment wasn't a good fit. After that encounter I would not recommend this establishment.

I wasn't pleased with the rep. I was transferred to a 3 different rep's and when she answered the phone she was half sleep..that's why she never follow up with me on the assignment!

I am so very thankful to have found Account Temps ...

I am so very thankful to have found Account Temps from Robert Half back in 2018. They were amazing! Melody Williams found me a temp to hire position with an amazing fortune 500 company that was a perfect fit for me. I interviewed and started my assignment within 1 week of applying with Account Temps. They made the process so simple and easy and really listened to what my needs and desires were in finding a good position. And, although I started out as a temp...after a few months I was hired permanently with this great company and couldn't be happier. I really recommend Account Temps if your looking for a position that is a perfect fit for you.

I was disappointed to not hear back from the recruiter Marisol after she had send me an email regarding an administrative assistant position. I gave her the information she needed and she never got back to me. I reached out to her again not that long ago and she never replied to me. So I finally gave up with this agency, then today I get an email from Marisol. I thought maybe she was reaching out to me regarding an assignment but no the email was meant for a client with my same name. This shows me how unprofessional this person is, she didn't have he decency to reply to my emails but then she accidentally send me an email that wasn't meant for me. I don't recommend anyone to sign up with this agency, there's other agency with more professionalism that are actually willing to help you out.

I have used them in prior hr roles in California...I'm in Nevada and they have been amazing! Got a dream job temp to perm as of 1/27/19. Give them a try it is well worth it! They followed up regularly while on the temp assignment and I have to say I was impressed. Being an hr/payroll professional for 25 years they came through!

They promise jobs that do not exist, leave you hanging, play games and feed you outright lies. Hostile, unprofessional recruiters. Huge waste of time for experienced professionals. Skip staffing agencies and contact companies direct.

Sign up with this company and you'll play "The Agency Game". How does it work? You get promised a great job, just sign up!! We will give you the sun, the moon, and the stars. They will do anything to get you to sign on the dotted line, but at some point in time though, you will be on their blacklist. Here's just a few examples of ways you can get on their bad list:

1. Miss one call from them? Good luck getting a hold of them again.
2. Complete all your assessment tests? Congratulations, also good luck talking to your agent again.
3. Have to reschedule an appointment? You'll never hear from them again.
4. Have a scheduling conflict and can't accept a one-day assignment? I promise you'll never talk to anyone in there again. Even if you feel like death because of bronchitis... nope. I'm fully convinced you would have to give them 2 weeks advance notice if you were going to die.
5. Insist on another rep? Uh-oh, you're "not a fit". Bye now.
6. Beg and plead for a job? Nope, sorry. They have their jobs, you should be lucky to talk to them.

So in a nutshell, in order to get a job from these people, you have to: Make sure you're near your phone all the time between 8:30 and 5 every day forever, including making sure you can't step away from your phone to use the bathroom, make sure you don't complete your assessment tests, and hope that no one else either lands you a job or you never get sick, and no matter what: DON'T ever count on them to do their jobs.

You can get a job from them if you are between 22 and 26 with 30 years of experience.

I've worked with Accountemps for job searching assistance for more than 18 years off and on throughout my career. They have never let me down. My current recruiter Melody Williams knows her hustle. She got me a job 2 days after I spoke with her. The assignment paid really well. Surprise to both her and I, the assignment only lasted 2 weeks. I called to let her know the assignment was done and they let me go on a Friday. Melody, understood how I was feeling... (only a weekend went by) she had me back on another assignment that following Monday. If you're new or just need of job search assistance in Accounting in the
Las Vegas area, I highly recommend Melody Williams.

I have to give a very low score for the Vegas offi...

I have to give a very low score for the Vegas office branch due to lack of communication, not returning calls.... I have over 10 years of medical billing experience and several weeks ago there was one listed. I applied and called stating I was interested in the position and would like to be at least considered BUT NO return call from the office! The Vegas branch lacks communication skills and its the only branch so far that deserves a poor rating.

They are not interest in getting you hired and caring about your career goals they are unprofessional and very bias and I would not recommend them to nobody the only one I suggest is the one in SF where there HQ is but the one in Las Vegas is Horrible and will drop you so any reason and bad talk you and try to diminish you name and brand STAY AWAY!!!

Waste of time. I got a call about a position that I applied for but the rep I spoke with didn't seem to know his job and couldn't give me much detail on the position. The I was told if I didn't get a call for that one that they had many other open. Never got a call from them. Too many games with this place.

so I decided to come back here and see the new rev...

so I decided to come back here and see the new reviews only to find the company has hidden my original review. I only gave them one star because they practice shady business and that's now very clear given the fact they actually took the time out of their so called busy day to ACTUALLY hide my review from view. Whatever you do DON'T WORK FOR THEM! They don't give holiday pay unless you have worked for them for 2400 hours without missing a single day in your 40 hour work week. You must work for them a full 40 hours every week until you reach those hours or you get nothing. Oh and don't get sick or be a single mom with a sick kid, you don't get sick pay or family leave. Oh and any sick time or vacation time you earn they take from you at the end of the year, so you are forced to start over. This means be prepared to work for them for an entire year before you are able to partake in ANY of the normal benefits that a regular job gives you legally. They found legal loopholes to exploit to keep from paying you and they ran with it. Now lets see how long it is before they hide this review too. Its ok though I"ll just keep making accounts to write reviews until they ditch their shady practices. Oh and if I come back here to find this one gone, my next step will be to report them to the BBB and Labor Board. So this better be in full RELEVANT view for all to see when I come back.

Moved to Las Vegas in mid-April and was really having a hard time finding employment. In Mid May I came across a BI Analyst roll on a job board and sent off my resume and contact info. I was contacted by Charllie Campbell, recruiter with Robert Half, and the recruiting process started off almost immediately. In just under two weeks, I interviewed and was hired as a permanent full-time employee by the company. Charllie was great to work with during the whole process. Always quick to call or email back, and make sure all details were complete. So happy to be in my current position and appreciate the work and effort by Charllie and Robert Half Technology.
