One can understand that a product can be defective, but then one expects an exemplary reactivity of Sav.
Why all this time? Because the "procedure" imposed by Bosch to its distributors is that the seller store sends its own service Sav, then goes back to the information Sav Bosch. This happened twice with a recorder placed in the refrigerator for several days and then recovered by the distributor and sent to Bosch for analysis. It takes several days each time. Then one day, contact Sav Bosch who sends a technician home who finds that it is necessary to replace the refrigerator. He explains that we will be contacted again. SINCE 5/07 WE WAIT FOR BOSCH TO MANIFEST. Obviously the call to the consumer service is paying (40 cpm). I was walking quietly in the workshops of Bosch France headquarters when an individual challenged me and asked me not to walk in the workshops .It then threatened me with a mirror Multipla

Following an unsuccessful attempt to dialogue with the individual in question fled likely to begin drafting its report.
So I fled out the door while welcoming the security entrance and that was the end of my experience that I highly recommend to all lovers of garage doors.

It's been 4 months since I ordered a dishwasher which still does not arrive!
The Consumer Service took 2 months to respond to my emails and give a vague and prompt response. As for the customer service contacted by phone, I ran into a very rude shrew who told me that "it is not her job to find out about the availability of a product"! Deplorable and unworthy of a supposedly famous brand.
Finally, letter to Dr Commercial from Bosch who does not even have the correction to answer it. Definitely, between the lack of correctness, of consideration for customers and the lack of products, we can only wish this dismal customer service company to lack customers!
