I bought a Bosch Gas 6000 boiler. In order to put on a guarantee, the first start-up must be performed by a master from the official service. After calling the hotline, they promised that the master would pick up within 2 working hours. After 5 hours no one dialed. After the second appeal, they said that the ryu "working hours" would be on Monday, and I called on Saturday. Now with a new boiler without heating and hot water, but why the hours on the hot line and the services do not, the consultants could not answer. To the question: what if the emergency situation and the boiler does not work, and on the street minus 20 degrees, will the master also come only on Monday? They promised to give me the answer on Monday too: ((((. In short, I do not recommend this office with a big name. First, find a good after-sales service, and then buy equipment. It's not a screwdriver anyway.

And then it flowed .... stupidly pouring water from a super German typewriter. OK? Called the service. We arrived ... looked ... they said everything is OK - you can use it. I turn on the second time- WATER IS LEAKING OUT AGAIN. I call again the service #Bosch super masters say you put a lot of detergent. It seems to me alone that #boschukraine is engaged in a swindle! What is the 10 year warranty? Where is the German quality? WHERE IS CONSCIENCE?
