I am a fan of Tony Robbins, I have learned alot from him, helping people discover and develop their own unique qualities of greatness.

Love Tony. Have all his books and tapes. Huge fan. To anyone struggling or in need of help, if you actually WANT to make a change, highly recommend going to one of Tony's events (Unleash the Power Within), or buying some of his coaching products. His coaches are just okay, to be honest - I recommend going out on your own and finding an independent, self-starter coach!

So...why 2 stars? Well, I've had the great misfortune of trying to solve a few problems with Tony's support staff & customer service teams. To be honest, it's a rinky-dink hot mess at best. Ignored requests, missed emails, and just general bad attitudes. Customer service team needs an overhaul, and not a "process" one. I'm sure the process is fine. The attitude and proactivity, particularly the transparency and communication needs an overhaul - shocked to even be saying this, but its just true.

Tony robbins book awaken thw giant within was a fantastic edition a true gift to people who wants to upgrade their life into a new level of progess. It changed the way we feel this world. Thoughts doesnt have a life of its own. Its just neuro pathways trying to figure out the usual way of traffic with no saftey measures, feel in and this helped me to have pleasant ones only

A colleague of mine told me about Unleash the Power Within 3.5 years ago. She said a few things that made sense and I thought I got my value for free while she paid $10,000. Then she went again and I thought, "wow that's interesting". I am doing it now online and now I AM A BELIEVER!!!" I am ALL IN WITH ANTHONY ROBBINS! NO GOING BACK! I WANT OUTSTANDING ALL THE WAY!

Tony is really an amazing human being

Tony Robbins is a charlatan and a con man. He talks a good game and is fairly good at appropriating and repackaging content that others develop and charging outrageous amounts for it. I spent over $10,000 and got about $100 in value. Don t do what I did. Get some used cds or get a book from the library, that s all the Tony you ll need. Whatever you do, don t sign up for his coaching services, they ll milk you for years and deliver just enough value to keep you hooked.When I run into my old Tony friends we laugh about what fools we were and chalk it up to experience.

Do NOT Trust This Company. They ignore refund requests. They want your money and nothing else. I signed up for the November online UPW Unleash the Power Within online event. The promotion promised 4 days of live events with Tony Robbins. What I got was one day with Tony on Day 1, and the rest of it was a hodge podge of tacky informercials, old recycled content from youtube, and cheap hustlers selling to me in very aggressive way. Terrible.

I was very disappointed because I held Tony in high regard before this. I asked for a refund on Day 2 and got a standardized email response. Since then, not a word. I have called, left messages, send numerous emails and facebook messages. I was silenced on their facebook group. I have been in their live chat to ask for help, but their terrible customer service just gives rote responses.

It's been 18 days since my initial request and no resolution. Their website says guaranteed refund within 30 days. I don't trust this, at all, now. I have no trust in this company now and will never use their services again.

If you want to pay $500 for a weekend of cheap infomercials selling food supplements and other self-help services, interspersed with some content, go ahead. But I would advise not to waste your money.

This UPW is just a hustle to get you to buy more services, plain and simple. It is NOT the event they promoted. I am very frustrated and feel cheated by the Tony Robbins organization. Especially now after that they took my money, they are completely ignoring my concerns.

This is my only remaining recourse. Consumers have no say. See if they let this post stay up.

I received great support from Tony Robbins in more then twenty years fulfilling my life. I am very thankful for his books, calendars and audio & video programs. Thank you Tony! His material changed my life, and I am so grateful for his mission and everything he has done for humanity. Truly a great human being. Thank you

I attended Unleash the Power Within and loved it. This event is everything you'd expect - lively, energetic and valuable. Unfortunately - the experience post event has not been as positive. After requesting a refund for a product purchased at the event - my partner and I patiently waited three weeks for a response from the Robbins team. Rather than a response. We opened our banking statement to see another charge for $600 - on top of the $4000 already requested. We find the behavior post UPW to be both manipulative and dishonest. We are posting this review to warn future attendees - we advise, based on our experience, against purchasing products from this organization. The process has been overall extremely dishonest.

After signing up for Unleash the Power my sales rep quit or left and did not communicate the dates or availability for me to go, then months later he texted me a new reps contact to figure it out, and that person subsequently left company and still no one returned my calls. Then I finally decided to just call headquarters, which routes me to an inside rep, Lola, who was out of country, so I left her a voicemail, which she never returned. By this time I definitely am not interested in traveling to other states to be coached by a business that can t return a phone call, and despite all that they will not give me a full refund. Not anyway to gain loyal, excited clients. I don t doubt Tony is wonderful at what he does, but those characteristics of excellence should extend throughout the organization that sells his courses.
