Roastery Cafe Review

This is from my latest visit today...
************ I asked for barbecue chicken sandwich.. It came with a lot of mayo.. When we asked about it.. The owner argued that, it's how they always make it. He was arguing in a Rude fashion ...
Then we asked him to replace with barbecue burger, he said burger is not available...
Then we asked for salad.. He asked too many annoying questions...and said.. Tell me how you want me to make it.. Give me the specifications... I was feeling so cornered and humiliated...
Then I asked for a take away... He did the same thing again...
Horrible experience and still can't get over it... I still wonder why didn't I just pay and walk away right at the moment..

He gave these looks for the entire time we were there, we felt disrespect ful and humiliated..
I had a good impression of the place.. But after this experience... Am staying away..

I am going to take a long break from this place now... ***********

The service has been really pathetic... They forget things... If you order water, they don't remember to bring it... The food really comes slow. Seating is weird so prepare to wait 15 minutes to get seated... Yes there's mosquitoes outside on the lawn... Where you are waiting...

They don't serve water, you just have to ask for bottle of water... The pricing is moderate.. That's definitely good thing. It won't burn a hole in your pocket..

If a coffee shop can be judged on three dimensions this one fails unanimously. Sub par coffee, appallingly slow service and underwhelming food. Sometimes you miss being able to give a zero star rating.

A must visit when in Hyderabad. Amazing Coffee, great food, beautiful ambience with greenery all around.

I so love this place in the whole Hyderabad...the best place to hangout and have coffee and pasta !!! Pocket friendly prices .. best taste...fast and nice service

Nice ambiguity , can prefer this place for brewing coffee

If you're going there for good coffee, I wouldn't recommend it. It's overrated and not even par.
There are a lot of better places than that.

If you're going to hangout for a while too, I don't recommend it. The service and owner are rude. Better go to a roadside tea stall and hangout on the footpath.

They don't value their customers.

Beware of dogs. Oops , sorry. Beware of the owner(Ishan) who barks and doesn't listen.
He will bark at you to get out of his shop the moment you finish your last sip from the cup. (Unless you're a girl or have girls at your table).
There was space for parking though. One star for that.

Second experience and still not in agreement with the average ratings here. Went for a Zomato gold stand up act and this is what happened. (This is not a review on Zomato gold but on the restaurant's management as I've been to other events by gold and they were managed way better)

We were told that the show will start in 30 mins and meanwhile we can order drinks, so we did. We ordered drinks and some snacks. Snacks and drinks were brought to us at the time the show was about to start and we were supposed to move to the performance area. We settled the cheque and were told that our food will be sent to the performance area which never happened and it was too crowded to be able to follow-up.

The complimentary drinks were nothing but a lot of sugar syrup and Pepsi or more flavoured sugar syrup (3 of us couldn't finish one drink each)

P.s. where we we asked to sit before the show was an outdoor area and the seating was filthy and even torn at places.

Came here at 420. Waited till 520 and left .asked two waiters three times for a cold coffee. Both listened to my order went away and never came back.

Shockingly pathetic service .

Very peaceful spot for dining and taste was excellent, Service needs a bit improvement. Overall experience is nice.

A very average place, tried their cappuccino and it was very mild.. maybe the proportion of the milk and coffee was a problem i guess. Also tried americano pour over and it wasn't even warm. Ambiance is really good.

Great ambience. It is basically a house modified to cafe. Perfect place to go and chill with your friends. Prefer sitting outdoors.

My expectations were frankly high for the ambience but it was okay...pasta is good..nachos are not worth it

It's having a fabulous ambience, but is hyped...highly priced...u wil have to wait much, wch is not tat worth...

One of a kind in Hyderabad (also Sydney, Australia). Go for a great coffee experience and stay for the amazing Batista's and staff. Love them.

This is my all time favorite. There's always waiting. Awesome staff. It's the first place I suggest every friend of mine to visit. Visited about 6 times. Roastery + KBR park makes the perfect combo

Lovely quaint location.. An old bungalow adapted for a coffee shop.. the greenery adds an informal rustic feel to the place. Great for dates, catching up with friends..

Chicken arborio rice risotto I ordered here was on point friendly staff as well

Nice ambience, the waiting time on a weekend might get you frustrated. However, the service and food is spot on

Place is beautiful and peaceful. Coffee is amazing. Also not to miss visiting at night the place is lit.
