I don't write many reviews, but after I experienced the hands-on quality work of PC Repair & Virus Removal I had to do something kind in return. My dell had become sluggish over the years and PC Repair not only eliminated all of the malware affecting and took the time and effort to boost the speed of my programs but also cleaned the entire tower. Let me start by saying in no way am I computer smart. When it became apparent that my computer had a virus I started making phone calls. I reached out to the two bigger companies in Wichita that do repairs, and I left those conversations feeling talked down to. They made it clear to me very quickly that they didn't have time to explain things to someone like myself. When I called WVR&CRS I had expected the same thing. Boy was i wrong. The young man i spoke with never once made me feel stupid or talked down to. He answered all of my questions, and even when I had to have him re-explain and re-explain he never once seemed annoyed to me. Not only did he do great work, and fast work he was very well priced. No one likes to have a computer go down, but believe me when i say, WVR&CRS make the experience not near as bad. Glad to know that Wichita finally has someone on our side when it comes to computer repairs. I hope my computer never goes down again, but if it does, i now know what to do. Thanks
