Went through RMC and got the current telus EPP promotion. They were super accommodating and efficient. Had my new SIM card the next day and now I'm paying way less for double the amount of data.

I received a random call from this business claiming that the owner had asked them to call to set up an appointment. Wrong. Really wrong, since I am the owner. I said: No thank you. Please remove us from your call list. Then I hung up. I then proceeding to receive a volley of phone calls over the next five minutes with dead air- the speaker was either hoping to speak with someone else, or hoping to piss me off. If you have a valid business proposal you don't need these guerilla tactics.

Systems were slower that day so things took a bit longer, but the team was able to make the best of the situation and get everything done. Very friendly and great to work with.

Recently upgraded my phone, as my contract was coming to an end next month. The team here, specifically Joey, made it a very easy, comfortable process. I was contacted by them about the upgrade and everything was handled over the phone; all I had to do was go in and pick it up. Very knowledgeable and helpful! Will definitely continue going back here!

Awesome customer service and seamless migration to Telus.

I was formerly with Bell and made the decision to switch to Telus using RMC Solutions. It turned out to be the best decision and working with RMC was a breath of fresh of air. Their customer service and attentiveness in the transition was incredible and they continued to follow up to make sure I received everything that I needed with no issues. I highly recommend working with RMC...you won t regret it!
