RJW maybe quality for their customers but to their receiving warehouse is totally inept and unorganized. My driver showed up 1hour before the delivery appointment and was left in the parking lot hours later as the warehouse staff went home for the evening. My driver missed his reload that was to take him home. Instead he is spending the night in Chicago for no reason other than incompetence. Think twice before taking their loads!
