I took my laptop to the Geeky big box guys because it was running slow. After having it for 4 days their opinion was "It passed all our diagnostic test but it was really slow". Thanks for nothing.
I took it to RJ Ender and for less than $350 they installed a new hard drive and it works like new. Beats the heck out of spending $1200 for a new one.
We can't thank Rich enough for the quick fix on our computer! We miss him in Vinton, but it's a worthwhile drive to CR for the excellent service that he provides!
I wanted a replacement CPU for a outdated socket type and didn't want to spend $100 and wait 3 weeks shipping. RJ Ender's happened to have a compatible replacement and let me purchase it on the spot. Staff genuinely wanted to help and did.

I cannot say enough kind words about Kay and her son at RJ Ender Computers. I entered their store with an older computer and walked away with basically a new one. Solid State having been installed. BUT, through my own fault I was severely hacked. My anxiety level was through the roof. I immediately called Kay and she saved me!!! She and her son eliminated all the danger on my computer and went way beyond what a chain store would have done to take care of all the problems I had created by being hacked. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs care for their computer. I also will come to them for purchasing any computer products I need.
