Great location but hotel is a little dated also building works were going on and started at 7am

The rooms are very small and the service is bad but has a wonderful view of the sea with sea access. The price is in line with the services and with the modest rooms.

For the owners of capital did not want beautiful girls

Mr lebanon event was a disaster in organizing but I think it's the event organizer company who missed up

Been for a few conferences and workshops, they were not technically up to the task, food was nice though.

We had a birthday today at riviera and the service was really bad , the manager of the birthday was so strict , he ditched so many people.

Actually I am very disappointed of my experience of staying in this hotel.
Its nice hotel as a room but i paid almost 800$ for 3 nights 1 room
But without any facilities they charged us the breakfast and to enter the swimming pool as anyone coming only for swimming pool. Thanks god that we can use the shower for free

It's for old people and rich ones only from my point of view

The only highlight us the access to the beach.. the reception staff are nice but the rest of services especially for conferences are not the best.. their rejuvenated rooms are ok. Always ask for a sea view because it us the only compensation you can get. The location is great.

I love this place. Its amazing, but the problem is that the timings I came in the beach and the pool were closed for maintenance and it was not mentioned on the website. Although the whole family was ready and excited for swimming. The view is amazing though! It is seriously priceless but on the other hand there are some rooms without sea view and look at apartments in front of it. There are amazing restaurants outside of the hotel too. Very close.

The worst Hotel and even worse beach. The staff are extremely rude and have no idea about customer service. Rude and snobby staff. If you have the option to go somewhere else..... please do. Don't go near this place. Total waste of good money.

This Hotel Riviera . At Manara Beirut street. Good for visiters and Tourists for relax to have fun near the sea. And swimming pool to swim and Resturent to have all kinds of good .

Enjoyed my stay .... it was cold and the AC didnt have a heater no one came to fix it when we asked . Over all the stay was nice and the concierge needs more training . We wanted to go out and they didn't have any ideas for us to go . Our friends in other hotels had so many places to go because their concierge service was amazing they even booked events for them .

usually when I am on holiday, I spend a lot of time on tour, site-seeing and of course partying, but then at the end of the day I love going back to hotel, a tidy and quiet place to relax and refresh for the next day, then to wake up to a beautiful view while choosing my breakfast from a well prepared buffet by the pool and spending sometime sun bathing .
If this is something that you are looking for and by looking at the pictures of this hotel you think this is the place, well!!! I am sorry but you are wrong as we were.
First of all on our arrival we found out that after we made our booking their policy have changed and for each day that you wish to use the pool you have to pay $15!!! We did argue and show them our booking confirmation but all they did was repeating themselves that this is their rules and showed us a copy of their small print and of course we were never heard even though that terms and condition was changed after we booked. So without notifying you they will decide to have a new policy and they will not care if you are not happy.

There is a tunnel from the hotel to the pool and breakfast buffet so each time that you are going to have breakfast, as if you are a criminal, there are many security men in khaki uniforms to make sure that you are not using their stupid pool facility and they will constantly look at you and ask you question and call each other on their talkie-walkie and even if you are in your bikini to sun bath by the pool they are not shy to be around you all the time and check on you again and again one after another. I cannot describe how uncomfortable it was to the point that my husband who is one the gentlest man finally lost his temper and had a go at them and never came by the pool again.
The breakfast buffet was the poorest of ever seen but we did manage for few days until the 3rd day of Ramadan when they suddenly decided not to have buffet and we were told that we have to order what we want. All respect to all religions but the question is why there was no such information at the time of the booking. Why they didn t notify us at least when we checked-in it?
The list goes on and on such as broken toilet door handle that you could be locked inside the toilet, blocked sink, long wait if you ordered something
I strongly recommend to everyone to avoid this hotel even if the location is good and photos are tempting. Even local people told us that this hotel has ill reputation amongst them but unfortunately we learnt it the hard way .

Bad bad service rooms are smiling there life guard hit the kids an give them fingers there restaurant are very bad too.i dont recommend it at all

This hotel offers a range of courses due to the presence of several galleries

Pros: Nice atmosphere
Cons: Too expensive for what it has to offer. Food is not great..
