This place offers excellent care and does not hesitate to treat you.

I loved the service and responsibility they present.

Visited The Orthopedic Clinic down the right side of the building. Has its own entrance and it tucked back, so if you are not looking, you might feel like you can not find it.
The receptionist was kind, new check in system, it took some time to check in. ( little slow) Check it did go smooth. Nice, calm and comfortable waiting area. Nurse's have Great personalities!
Looking like they have a physical therapy area. People looked comfortable here.
Met with Dr. C. Nice man, I felt like I was a little rushed with his visit, (my appointment time was 10 min late).
I understand that appointments run behind, but to feel it as a patient, I did not like that. It was important information that I was receiving and I felt as if it was told than.. see ya! I had to step in and ask a few questions, felt as though, it was a bother. Everyone is Important! Every word a Doctor says, is important! They, the doctors need to slow down and allow the patient to process and ask the questions they need to, its new news to us. Please allow for the time to take it in.
Over all, good place!

update - I did make a few calls back to question, I was called back by Dr. C.

Ended up at this hospital while at the cabin and has to have my galbladder removed. The doctors and nurses were so attentive, kind, and knowledgeable. I m so thankful that this is where I was for the surgery

Every time I've been there, the doctors know what they are doing, are courteous and kind, and treat you with respect. Especially the ER doctors. They are very quick and efficient at figuring out what's wrong and helping whatever it is.

I ve been misdiagnosed and treated like my symptoms were all in my head so many times so many times by this clinic is makes me sick. The staff is mostly polite, but they are not thorough unless you push, beg, and plead.
Luckily I found an amazing doctor at Lakewood Health Systems in Pillager/ Staples that actually listens to me and treats me like I m human.

I've had numerous ER visits and 1 major internal surgery. In all cases, the staff were great. They seemed to go out of their way to make me feel relaxed and welcome, even during the ER trips. Clinic and inpatient staff, both medical and support were very friendly and took the time to explain the procedures and expected outcomes. Great care, great facility.

Worst hospital I've ever had to deal with. They refused to look at my mother's healthcare directive and gave my mom the wrong treatment EVEN after being told twice!!! They did not work with us when it came time to follow her healthcare directive and seemed to point the finger at all times. I highly recommend finding a different hospital if possible.

I was headed to a girls cabin weekend and ended up having to have an appendectomy surgery at Riverwood. The staff were extremely friendly and caring. I would like to shout out my overnight nurse Jodi for taking care of me throughout the night with my cares and making sure I was comfortable. Thank you again!
