Well as far as casinos in Okc area it's one of the most elaborate and authentic to Vegas on this visit I played with 1000$ and left with 700$ but I enjoyed my self on one machine I played 100 bill and won 600 played back 100 and walked away with 500

I was driving from Houston to Springfield MO alone and had to stop for the night.
My room was wonderful, my dinner was delicious but most of all the staff was warm, friendly and welcoming. The service was sincere and I felt safe walking around the property.

Door boy, and player club counter woman both unhelpful at best.

Clean, face masks required, and temperature checks going in. Good to know you can have some fun with precaution in place.

I just went for lunch but I love how everyone opened up a door for me so I didn't have to touch a door during the epidemic. Thanks guys.

Even during the scare that's going on, Riverwind is a safe clean place to enjoy. Good luck and enjoy....

I really have no complaints other than wish I would have won some $! We will definitely be visiting again in the future!! Very comfy, relaxed and chill enviroment...

Large casino, card tables motel ...but we call it never win casino

The staff is really nice. It's a clean casino and has a lot to offer in the way of eats. My only complaint, which is not the casino's fault: I've NEVER won in the 8 years I've been going there. You think I'd learn my lesson.

Clean , Roomy , i saw a couple of jackpots being won. But luck wasn't a friend of mine .

I play the roulette simulator. While I miss the real verison of the game, the simulation is fun and can last longer given you only need to bet .25. I can come in with 20-40 and play for hours. When you leave you feel like you smoked 4 packs of cigarettes though.

Worst venue, I've been to. Parking is terrible, directionional markings are worse.

Drove two hour to see a concert there on friday... only to find that it had been canceled. no notice, later noticed that the post had been deleted that day. Visit was good, but disappointed.

People are always helpful,always cleaning and machine was hitting pretty good.

Good place to spend an afternoon, evening. Or even the weekend. Good selection of machines, with good odds of winning!

It was fantastic. Everyone was so courteous and helpful. The food was fabulous. Games were fun and paid off real good. I would recommend the Riverwind for people to stay and gamble. It's a 5 star Casino.

Nice casino with hotel attached. Valet parking and shuttle services available. Variety of places to eat inside casino. Nice gift shop located inside casino as well with high quality merchandise. Clean facility. Table games as well as slot machines available. Free soft drinks, coffee, tea etc alcoholic beverages available for purchase as well as drink delivery of alcoholic beverages so you don't have to leave the area you are gambling. Nice size concert and event center inside casino with a variety of shows

Got escorted away from merely watching an actual card game.... BS. It's Covid alert, people bustling money, but God forbid one to onlook a money pit game!

Great experience for a concert here- however each bar tender makes the drinks a little bit differently. Also- the drinks outside the concert venue are stronger, and the ones on the inside are more likely to come from a mix so caveat emptor.

Great Hotel, large bed, mini fridge, great bathroom great Casino, has table games, tons of slots, great entertainment lots of parking, free drinks, 5 different restaurants, and when its busy its still fun. Buffet is expensive but good.

Well , first of all it smells like stale cigarettes that s being covered up with air freshener.. and the slots are tight! Tried several machines, and gave the place many chances on different days of the week, but always the same. You might win a little, but will lose a lot more! The parking lot speaks for itself- it s bare, nowhere busy like it used to be, except on concert days or some weekends. A worker told me the paybacks are not regulated, that people have even died there on the gambling floor! Gross! Anyway, save your money and regret and spend time with a loved one or give your money to a needy person! That s what I decided to do instead- something positive with my hard earned cash!!!!

One of the cleaner Casinos. Air handlers work better than most out pulling out the funky air. Nice bathrooms, and convenient drink stops. Payout are nothing special, but really folks it s a Casino they stay in business taking money. Just wish someone in the OKC/Norman area would make a nice smoke free Casino. The majority of people I see gambling DO NOT SMOKE. I never can stay that long just do to the smell. I would think in 2018 we are FAR beyond knowing the dangers of smoking. NOT saying shouldn t have smoking areas, just would be nice to have a smoke free place as well.

Didn't get rich, but came out a few bucks ahead. I miss the drink kiosks. no coffee or sodas readily available, but that's covid for you!. very clean, not crowded at all.

Nice Casino, Slow or No server. Decent buffet. Decent In house fast food dining. Free Drinks, Could have better payouts.

I'm a truck driver. I visit casinos all over Oklahoma and beyond. We have to park over a mile away, which is ok, they have a shuttle. Every time I come here, I call for the shuttle and wait over 30 minutes, it never shows up, i end up walking over a mile to the casino, then when leaving, I have them call for the shuttle, I wait over 30 minutes then end up walking all the way back. Its a sorry shuttle compared to others. Also, I have never won money here. Pass up and go to Treasure valley or winstar.

Greatest place in mid Oklahoma very beautiful and fun

Lots of options, and they have Criss Cross Poker. We look for it and hardly find this game. So glad they have it. Place is easy to get to, plenty of parking including a handicap lot by the valet. Easy to earn comps. Variety of eateries. Theater for shows. William Shatner 02-14-20.

It's one of the nicer casinos in the okc area. Lots of slots and a large poker room. There is a good sized food court too. Biggest problem is the entrance to the casino always smells like sewage, I have no idea why. It would be nice if they could fix that somehow.

Honestly this place lives up to its locally known nickname of Neverwin Casino. No loose slots here these machines are tight and don't payout often. Oklahoma casinos really need regulation like Las Vegas to be fair. Also I've noticed the few times I have won any money was when I wasn't using my players card. Maybe just coincident, but with unregulated shenanigans, maybe not.

Saw Buddy Guy here . It was awesome as expected . Left with 45 bucks more then I got there with and had a few drinks while gambling so I'd call it a very good time .

I just had hip surgery, we decided this would be our destination for the evening so we arrived about 3pm. We have never been here before and was excited to try it out. Because we are not from here and have never been here before my sister let me out at the many door entrances closest to the road thinking that would be the hotel entrance, but no, that was a mistake. My sister left to find a parking spot. So there I was I asked a lady who worked there where the hotel was and she told me all the way across the casino. So I took off on my walker thinking it couldn t be that far. Well to make a long story short, even when you go across the casino you have to go back outside and across 4 lanes of casino traffic to get there and when I finally got in there and said I wanted to know if they had a room for the night they said oh...you ll have to go back over to the casino and ask player services....omg.. back across 4 lanes of traffic and over to player services to see if we could get a room of which she said they didn t have any rooms.. thanks Riverwind I won t be back!

Stay home if you are coming for dinner. It will take you hours. Definitely not worth it!!!!!!!

Lost a lot of money but I had a lot of fun. I'm in a wheelchair and it was very handicap accessible. Good place to gamble, eat and drink.

Have gone to this place since it opened green money machine on south end was paying out but about 3 years ago something changed it went from where you could walk up and hit multiple 100s sometimes 1000 to now where maybe you hit 50s sometimes 100 never 1000 the drastic change is obvious to anyone who's played these machines over all the machines at riverwind in my opinion are set to hit at certain times but very rarely big unless you're betting 50 a push it seems that when it's slow no one hits overall a very bad place to play slots every thing else there is ok just don't play machines

I have been here a few times, and have NEVER had any "luck." The machines are tight, and a lot of the machines are so old the reels are faded. The smoke smell is HORRIBLE! This last time I was inside for less than an hour, and my hair smelled so disgusting! It was making me nauseous. Please invest in a better filtration system, or designate a non-smoking area. Not everyone smokes cigarettes, or likes to smell like an ashtray. Not returning unless I have a VERY GOOD reason to.

I like the place but I wish they had a true tournament style Texas Holdem. The few times I cought a game going it was unlimited buy ins. That from a math perspective your likely to get hit by lightning. 1 buy in with a first second and third place. When they do that please reply I will jump in the deep end.

River wind Casino provides free 18 wheeler parking (see arrow on pic) and a shuttle to the casino. The Loves across the street only has about 10 spots and they fill up by early afternoon.
Note: to get to the parking, pass the casino and turn left onto a small road, after you see the place the 18 wheelers are parked. There is a lot of lightning and a security guard.

Screw this place! NEVER WIN! EVER! No matter how much you spend. They DEFINITELY NEED BETTER PAY OUTS!

Riverwind was the very first casino I ever went to and it has really set the bar. The inside was as clean as can be expected since a lot of people like to leave trash, the free soft drink cups, and even cigarettes outside of the provided trays wherever they can. I saw multiple employees pick up after patrons all throughout my time there so they try but it's hard with how many people just dont care about making a mess. The inside is large and there is a lot of cigarette smoke. Prepare to have to wash your clothes when you leave because of the amount of people smoking. However, the rest of my experience was great. Signing up for a free rewards card was easy, I got 5 dollars free play, and they even have free card holders you can hook onto yourself so you dont forget your card in a machine. All machines are digital so no physical coins are used. I did win a few times on the lower costing machines. My personal favorites are wolf's run (1 cent each spin) and sakura sun which turned a profit for me. As with any casino, dont go in expecting to win. Just know how much money you can afford to lose. I had a good time and every employee I interacted with was helpful and friendly. I did visit the buffet and in my opinion is not worth 30 dollars. The selection of food is decent but the quality was really struggling. My server was very attentive though and the desserts were fantastic. All in all riverwind is a fun casino to go to, but there are people there who have a problem and seeing them may depress you. This is a problem in all casinos and not exclusive to riverwind but if it's your first time it might surprise you.

Had a great time! Waiter Andre at the buffet was outstanding! Went above and beyond to make our visit stupendous! He deserves a big "attaboy"!

They lost my car at Valet, then said they had my car but couldn t find the keys. Then they said a driver took the keys home with him. This was all starting at 11pm and after waiting 45 minutes with my 75 year old parents, they bring my car up. Apparently, mgmt felt the only compensation I deserved for their major screw up was 4 buffets for Fri night which is no compensation at all since I live 200 miles away and will not be there on Fri. I left with nothing but disgust.

The worst part was that they did not seem to understand how upsetting the whole situation was. My very expensive car is MIA, I had just dropped over a grand in their casino and nobody seems to be that bothered by the situation but me. I m top tier at both Choctaw and WinStar and guarantee they would not have been so nonchalant.

My advice, park your own car and hope you don t inconvenience them by daring to be unhappy when your car disappears on their watch.

The people are very rude. You can't get a free drinks. They don't clean the machines. You are not space between people. River Wind casino is nothing like it used be at all.

Nice casino, but I have a feeling the payouts are very low compared to Lucky Star and other out of the way & smaller casinos. I guess somebody has to pay for all that fancy stuff...

Food in the Pub was tasty. Fish was fresh and not greasy. Really enjoyed the meal.

The whole place is clean and beautifully decorated. The atmosphere is great and the people are all exceptionally nice. Understanding also. I have been putting in a lot of sleepless time lately, and while in the casino I fell asleep. Instead of ridicule or scorn, they woke me to make sure I was OK and talked to me for a few to verify I was OK. I've had similar situations happen at other places with nothing but bad attitudes and behavior towards me even banned at one. If your in the area or even if it's out of your way I strongly suggest making the trip to check out Riverwood yourself.

Would have been nice if I had been offered a soft drink during the 7 hours I was there.
