Same experience as others. I received the services through OhioHealth, but never received a separate bill, just a notice from a collections agency. I'm not sure why OhioHealth would partner with such a company.
Staff was courteous. Dr Gamboa was personable and took plenty of time reviewing my case and offering and explaining various options for treatment, with no pressure toward me to make a decision.
I have to put in my 2 cents lol I have not been to riverside in columbus but 2+2=4 and realized they r somehow connected to the hospital I use in athens and the tests were done there and I was treated great and was not unhappy in anyway. So thank u!
This was my 1st visit. They were very flexible with my schedule and the doctor was very nice and patient while I asked all my questions.
Apparently it's acceptable to bill you 3 months after you had something done. The hospital was very prompt, but these people weren't.
Tried to get information on a recent bill sent via my phone. Called and was told my bill was zero dollars. Phone rep would not answer my question to help me understand why I was billed if balance was zero. Felt she was rude and abrupt. Requested a bill for me to review. What happened to customer service?
If there was an optiin for 0 stars, that is what I would give. My daughter had an ultrasound on her liver that this radiology service did thru a hospital and billed the insurance that it was for a vascular study. We reached out and they were going to correct and when they didn't, they gave a lot of problems to my daughter and sent her to collections!!! They also didn't send info to our doctor and also had her name incorrect. So many things are wrong and fraudulently collecting for something that wasn't done. We are still fighting them over $54 and they just won't correct it.
Appointment was on time. Every one was extremely pleasant. The medical staff was very informative, particularly Mr. Beer the PA-C. Keep up the excellent services.
Zero stars. Like all the others reviewing this place....I have collection people calling. I don't remember ever being there. If I were....I have insurance. I should have no bill. Wonder how many people pay ...that must be why they do it. What a scam
I was in a car accident and Clinton County Memorial Hospital used their services. Since I was stopped at a red light and rear-ended, the other driver was found at 100% at fault. Erie insurance settle and paid all my medical bills. Proof of settlement, payment, and zero balance was all provide to the collection agency CRME, as well as Riverside Radiology. But the collection agency still tried to destroy my credit. Do not use Riverside Radiology for any service - their billing department sucks and it will be a nightmare on your life. I should also mention I have three health insurance - TRICARE, VA CHOICE. And MEDICARE that would cover $466 in medical cost, otherwise.
