Very, very poor! They DON'T train you on how to use a "HEAT SHRINK GUN" OR, A VERY "HOT SODER POT" AND THEY ALSO THROW YOU UNDER THE BUS AFTER THE 1ST WEEK OF BEING THERE. THEY NEED TO USE THEIR INSIDE VOICE IF THEY ARE GOING TO SAY OR, TALK AMONGST THEMSELVES PLUS SPEAK ENGLISH. THE SUPERVISOR & A FEW OTHERS WERE ALOT NICER THAN THE PERSON WHO WAS " SUPPOSED" TO BE TRAINING ME.
