I have taken my 1989 Honda to Riverside Import Auto since it was new. It is is still in good shape at 198,000 miles thanks to their dependable service. No reason to go anywhere else, worth the drive from Edwards.

Got towed here from Aspen. Turns out it was just a bolt missing from our callipers. Victor replaced the bolt in no time and didn't charge a thing. We left him a tip, of course. Many thanks!!

I usually don t spend my time reviewing businesses and understand mistakes can be made but what I discovered under the hood after I had it serviced is inexcusable. After driving the car for a time, when I stopped I could smell a plastic or rubber burning smell. It continued whenever I drove the car. So I opened the hood and discovered that the air intake housing was not reinstalled and was wedged between the front pulley and the serpentine belt. I took pictures of it but it appears this forum doesn t allow them to be posted. My recommendation is not to trust the work done and open your hood and inspect everything before you leave......

They are very nice and take time to explain things so I could understand what was going on. I have used them ever since I bought a Toyota (nearly 3 years ago)every time the work has been good. When it was time to total a vehicle they also were helpful in fining all my options. I highly recommend them!

Jeremy and the rest of the staff at Riverside were fantastic - they diagnosed the urgent repairs as well as the less urgent on an older car that isn't worth putting much money into. I appreciate that they had a frank conversation about what repairs were needed (and they were ones I could do myself!) and worthwhile, and ended up not charging me anything.
