Too bad, really. I am sure they are doing a great service by making sure the crazies take their meds (the ones that will, most don't).

On 5/10/21, I spoke with "Emily" about CA COVID Restrictions in Assisted Care Facilities. Emily's customer service skills were excellent and she had a great sense of humor, too! She answered all my questions and dispelled many rumors. An added bonus was Emily connecting me on a conference call with the facility my mother-in-law lives in. Due to Emily's "above and beyond" assistance during these uncertain times, my husband now knows he can visit his 96 year old mom for the first time since 11/2019. Thank you, Emily! Keep up the great work, take care and be safe!
Please READ before having a baby in Riverside County. ITS TRASH!!! make sure to never trust your baby be born here. They have no way to process payments besides mailed in checks or money order.....are they unaware of all the mail thieves everywhere, including in the post office. If they claim the Post Office is the safest then why would the DMV not be the best since their both managed by the government. They are outdated and if this was a private citizen handling the transaction then I could have requested some other means. STOP LOCKING US DOWN!
Very difficult site, not enough information, no phone number to make a complaint, also the patient pulls up is so tiny you can't even see the print.
Going around to restaurants and threatening to take away their liquor license if they don t comply with your covid nonsense is completely illegal. No one from your dept better be seen eating out anywhere. Hope you get sued
Riverside County Public Health is consistantly inaccurate your reporting of the current number of covid-19 cases and deaths in Riverside County. Please go to "Worldometer" website. You check them. I don't know if you are incompetent or deceptive but you are at least inaccurate which regardless is misleading. If your errors were sometimes over and sometimes under, it would appear to be incompetence or at least an indication of the difficulty in keeping track of a moving goal. However, you consistantly under report and that looks suspicious of having an agenda. Is someone manipulating the report in effort to advance the goal of reopening at the expense of whoever may die from covid-19 by ignoring the truth of the numbers and how that correlates to decisions based on the science. If that is the case, then shame on whoever is responsible. You need to get alone, and do some sincere self appraisal of the condition of yourself.
